Call Back Pay/Weekend Work. Employees who are called in to work or who are required to work on the weekend (other than regular scheduled rotation plan) shall be compensated for the time worked at one and one-half (1½) times their straight time hourly rate provided, however, that such employees shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours for each occasion.
