Call Duty - General. Except as set out below, when placed by the department/district head or a designee specifically on stand-by or on-call duty, an employee shall be paid one (1) hour regular rate of pay for eight (8) hours of such duty in addition to the regular salary. The compensation shall cease when the employee reports to work.
