Call-In Pay/Court Pay. When a member is called back for work by the Chief or designee on hours not abutting such member's regular shift hours, the member shall be paid or credited with a minimum of three (3) hours at the appropriate rate of pay. This provision shall apply to members called in to off duty court appearances. A member called back on his or her second day off shall be compensated at two (2) times his or her regular rate of pay for a minimum of three (3) hours, except when the call back is for training purposes where the member will compensated at one and one-half (1 ½) times his or her regular rate of pay.
