CALL-IN TIME AND PAY. Section 19.1. Call-in Time: Call-in time is defined as time for work assigned by the Communications Director or the Director's designated representative, consistent with Center rules and regulations, and performed by an operator at a time disconnected from the operator's normal or prescheduled hours of work. Call-in time is not extra time at the beginning or end of the normal or prescheduled hours of work. An operator called in to the Communications Center will be paid for the time at the job site only.
