Common use of Call Out Time Clause in Contracts

Call Out Time. When an employee is called back to work by their supervisor or other authorized borough employee after the completion of his/her regular shift, he/she shall be paid either two (2) hours overtime or for the actual time worked at the overtime rate, whichever is greater. Emergency dispatch tone outs do not call employees back to work for the purpose of this section.
