Common use of Call-Out Time Clause in Contracts

Call-Out Time. 13.1 A Call-Out is defined as any situation requiring an employee to be called-out by an authorized official of the Employer to do work for the Employer outside regular working hours. An employee called out to perform work shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of work. For further clarification, payment of call-out shall commence upon the employee’s acceptance of said call and given that the employee responds in a reasonable time frame.
