Camping and Parking. Use of Provincial sites by the Contractor or the Contractor's employees or agents for the purposes of lodgings, camping or trailer parking in connection with Work under this Agreement, is permitted only with the prior written approval of:

Camping and Parking. TBF shall limit campsites, recreational vehicle sites, and parking sites as follows: XxXxxx Xxxxxxx Park: Overnight camping sites sufficient to accommodate a minimum of 200 campers and a maximum of 800 campers, and no less than 118 parking sites and no less than 15 recreational vehicles with full hookups. TBF shall charge the fees set forth in the Camping and Parking Plan for use of all camping sites, recreational vehicle sites, and parking sites to each user and TBF shall not waive, reduce, or grant free use of any camping sites, recreational vehicle sites, or parking sites without the prior approval of the Town Administrator. The Camping and Parking Plan will be presumed accepted if TBF is not informed otherwise by July 16, 2018.

The approval may be revised or revoked at any time by the MFLNRORD.
Camping and Parking. Use of Provincial Crown forest land, including any roads, landings or recreational sites by the Recipient or the Recipient's employees or agents for the purposes of lodgings, camping or trailer parking in connection with Work under this Agreement, is permitted on recreational sites only with prior written approval of a representative of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts and is permitted on other Provincial Crown forest land, including roads and landings only with prior written approval of a representative of the Ministry of Forests and Range. Such use, if approved, shall be without charge to the Recipient; but, the approval may be revised or revoked at any time by the Province.

  • CLOSING AND POSSESSION (a) Closing shall be held within 10 days after Seller’s abstracting obligations under this Agreement have been met at the offices of Xxxxxx Law Firm or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon by Seller and Buyer. (b) At closing Seller shall deliver to Buyer, in addition to any other items required under this Agreement, the following: (i) a special warranty deed conveying marketable title to the Property to Buyer, free and clear of all liens, charges and encumbrances, except taxes and assessments required to be paid by Buyer and subject to the matters permitted by this Agreement, (ii) a closing statement, executed by Seller, and (iii) such other documents as may be reasonably and customarily required in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, each executed and acknowledged as applicable by Seller. (c) At closing Buyer shall deliver to Seller, in addition to any other items required under this Agreement, the following: (i) the unpaid balance of the Purchase Price, plus any closing adjustments in favor of Seller, minus any closing adjustments in favor of Buyer, (ii) a closing statement, duly executed by Xxxxx, and (iii) such other documents as may be reasonably and customarily required in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, each executed and acknowledged as applicable by Buyer. (d) Possession of the Property, subject to the matters stated in this Agreement, shall be delivered by Seller to Buyer upon the completion of closing.

  • Areas of Cooperation 1. To achieve the objectives of cooperation in fisheries within the described principles, cooperation will include fisheries management and conservation issues, vessel management and post harvest arrangements and financial and trade measures and development of fisheries and fisheries products and marine aquaculture. 2. The EC Party will contribute to the mobilisation of the resources for the implementation of the identified areas of cooperation at national and regional levels, which will also include support for regional capacity building. Furthermore, the EC Party contributes to the measures as described in the section concerning financial and trade measures, and on infrastructure development specific for fisheries and marine aquaculture.
