Camping and Parking. 15.20 Use of Provincial sites by the Contractor or the Contractor's employees or agents for the purposes of lodgings, camping or trailer parking in connection with Work under this Agreement, is permitted only with the prior written approval of:
Camping and Parking. TBF shall limit campsites, recreational vehicle sites, and parking sites as follows: XxXxxx Xxxxxxx Park: Overnight camping sites sufficient to accommodate a minimum of 650 campers and a maximum of 800 campers, a minimum of 118 parking sites, and a minimum of 15 recreational vehicles with full hookups. TBF shall charge the fees set forth in the Camping and Parking Plan for use of all camping sites, recreational vehicle sites, and parking sites to each user and TBF shall not waive, reduce, or grant free use of any camping sites, recreational vehicle sites, or parking sites without the prior approval of the Town Administrator. The Camping and Parking Plan will be presumed accepted if TBF is not informed otherwise by June 15, 2018.

The approval may be revised or revoked at any time by the MFLNRORD.
Camping and Parking. 26.12 Use of Provincial Crown forest land, including any roads, landings or recreational sites by the Recipient or the Recipient's employees or agents for the purposes of lodgings, camping or trailer parking in connection with Work under this Agreement, is permitted on recreational sites only with prior written approval of a representative of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts and is permitted on other Provincial Crown forest land, including roads and landings only with prior written approval of a representative of the Ministry of Forests and Range. Such use, if approved, shall be without charge to the Recipient; but, the approval may be revised or revoked at any time by the Province. Agreement Execution
