Cancellation/No Show. Both situations mean that when a driver/transportation assistant who has 4 arrived at Transportation for their trip assignment and it is subsequently cancelled, or the group is a no 5 show, will be paid a two (2) hour minimum, unless the time is continuous.
Cancellation/No Show. If a member fails to keep their appointment or does not cancel with sufficient notice a no-show fee will be incurred by the member. Members must provide at least 12 hours’ cancellation notice for at-home visits or 6 hours’ cancellation notice for telehealth visits. Members who fail to be present for at-home visits will be charged a $25 fee. A second failure to present for an at- home visit will result in a $50 charge. A third failure to present may result in cancellation of membership. Members who fail to be present for telehealth visits will be charged a $10 fee. A second failure to present for a telehealth visit will be charged a $15 fee. A third failure to present may result in cancellation of membership. We will be unable to reschedule or provide additional care until any no-show fees are paid in full.
