Cancellation of Membership. 11.1 You may apply to cancel your membership if you are a monthly Direct Debit Member. WorkFit memberships have an initial 6 month commitment period before you are able to cancel your membership. 11.2 You are required to give 1 months’ payment notice of termination which will commence on the first day of the following month and expire on the last day of that month. 11.3 You may give notice of your intention to cancel your membership either; in centre by completing a cancellation request form at the centre reception or alternatively you can send a letter to the centre manager. 11.4 It is the responsibility of the Member to instruct his/her bank in writing to cancel the monthly Direct Debit. All subscriptions and dues must be fully paid up to date including the appropriate notice period at the time of cancellation. 11.5 Direct Debit memberships are non-refundable if the full cancellation process is not completed. 11.6 Annual memberships are a 12 month fixed term contract and are non-refundable (please see paragraph 2.2).

Cancellation of Membership. The Board of Directors shall have the right to cancel the membership of any Member based upon a three-fourths vote of the entire Board of Directors. Any Member so cancelled shall on the effective date of the cancellation be treated the same as if the Member had voluntarily withdrawn from membership, and said Member shall have the same responsibilities.
