Cancellation of Membership. 11.1 You may apply to cancel your membership if you are a monthly Direct Debit Member. WorkFit memberships have an initial 6 month commitment period before you are able to cancel your membership.
11.2 You are required to give 1 months’ payment notice of termination which will commence on the first day of the following month and expire on the last day of that month.
11.3 You may give notice of your intention to cancel your membership either; in centre by completing a cancellation request form at the centre reception or alternatively you can send a letter to the centre manager.
11.4 It is the responsibility of the Member to instruct his/her bank in writing to cancel the monthly Direct Debit. All subscriptions and dues must be fully paid up to date including the appropriate notice period at the time of cancellation.
11.5 Direct Debit memberships are non-refundable if the full cancellation process is not completed.
11.6 Annual memberships are a 12 month fixed term contract and are non-refundable (please see paragraph 2.2).
Cancellation of Membership. To cancel membership, Xxxxxxxx must opt out at least three business days before the first day of the first month following the end of trial period. Merchant may opt out by visiting the POS & BENEFITS CLUB website located at xxx.XxxxxxxXXX.xxx. If the amount of the fee changes after enrolment for any reason, ISO will provide at least thirty (30) days advance written notice to Merchant regarding any such change. Merchant shall automatically have access to Pivotal360 - WEB REPORTS & ALERTS, an advanced online reporting tool.
Cancellation of Membership. If you should decide to cancel your membership, please call our office to let us know. However, to officially cancel your membership and stop monthly charges, you must do so in writing by either mail, fax, or email. Please note: Your monthly charges cannot be stopped until our office receives written notice and the club account is in good standing. If your account has an outstanding balance for club dues, the balance must be paid in full in order to cancel the membership.

If you then wish to cancel, you need to let us know, in writing, by the 15th of the month in order to avoid paying the following month’s membership fees.

(1.11.1) Member has five (5) business days to cancel the Agreement from date of purchase. To cancel this agreement, mail, email, or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are cancelling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent via first class mail to: Crunch Orange County Placentia Member Services at Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX Xxx 0000, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, or via email from an email address on file with the health studio. It is recommended that (you) Member send (your) Member’s cancellation notice by registered or certified mail or statutory overnight delivery, return receipt requested, in order to prove that (you) Member did cancel. If Member hand delivers Member’s cancellation to a Crunch Orange County Placentia facility, Member should be sure to receive a signed statement from a Crunch Orange County Placentia employee acknowledging Members’ cancellation.
Cancellation of Membership a) Club membership may be cancelled at any time for cause by the Club Management without any entitlement to a refund. The determination of cause shall be in the sole discretion of the Club.
b) Members who have had their memberships cancelled are ineligible to reapply for Club membership. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Club Management.
Cancellation of Membership. 3d Leisure or 3dfitness Health Club may cancel the Membership of any Member in the event that they commit a serious breach of the membership agreement or the Club rules. Any refunds owed will be at the absolute discretion of the management.

Cancellation of Membership. 9.1 You may cancel your membership of IFSEA at any time with immediate effect by giving written notice to us.
9.2 We may cancel your membership of IFSEA at any time if:
9.2.1 you commit a material breach (or a series of breaches that amount to a material breach) of this agreement which is irremediable (or, if such breach is remediable, you fail to remedy that breach within a period of 14 days after being notified in writing to do so);
9.2.2 your Membership Fee remains unpaid for 30 days after it is due; or
9.2.3 in our view, your continued membership of IFSEA risks bringing IFSEA into disrepute in any way.
9.3 In the event of the cancellation of your membership, we will refund you a pro-rata amount of the Membership Fee paid to us in respect of the remaining term of your annual membership calculated from the effective date of termination. Any Registration Fees paid to us prior to cancellation of your membership of IFSEA will not be refunded.
Cancellation of Membership. If you cancel your membership and then wish to reinstate it, you will be required to follow the sign-up process again, which may include paying the enrolment fee.
