Room Reservations. The HCCF Conference Room may be reserved for one-time or recurring meetings. Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis. The HCCF Conference Room Use Agreement must be renewed annually. It is the responsibility of the POC to contact HCCF staff to renew the agreement and to reserve the facility. a. One-time Meetings: Reservations for one-time meetings are accepted throughout the year.
Room Reservations. Room Reservations is a centralized function that is accounted for at the SCI level. This department books all rooms pre-sold at the Hotel/Casinos. The costs incurred by Room Reservations relate to payroll, telephone service fees, and reservation fees paid for reservations booked by outside vendors. These costs are allocated based on each Hotel/Casino's share of total room inventory controlled by SCI’s subsidiaries.
Room Reservations. Purchaser will honor the terms and rates of all pre-Closing Date room reservations (in accordance with their terms) at the Hotel made in the ordinary course of business by guests or customers, including advance reservation cash deposit, for rooms or services confirmed by Seller for dates after the Closing Date. Purchaser shall receive a credit for such deposit at Closing. Purchaser recognizes that such reservations may include discounts or other benefits, including, without limitation, benefits under frequent player or casino awards programs, group discounts, other discounts or requirements that food, beverage or other benefits be delivered by Purchaser to the guest(s) holding such reservations. Purchaser will honor all room allocation agreements and banquet facility and service agreements which have been granted to groups, persons or other customers for periods after the Closing Date at the rates and terms provided in such agreements provided that such agreements were made in the ordinary course of business. Purchaser agrees that Seller cannot make and has made no representation or warranty that any party holding a reservation or agreement for rooms, facilities or services will utilize such reservation or honor such agreement. Purchaser, by the execution hereof, assumes the risk of non-utilization of reservations and non-performance of such agreements from and after the Closing Date.

Room Reservations. A. The Library agrees to make either Dining Room A or the West Dining Room available once a month for one (1) hour, during the lunch period on a core day, for a Guild membership meeting. The Guild and Library will make such arrangements once a year, normally in December. B. The Guild has the right to reserve rooms to hold other meetings on Library premises during the lunch period and outside normal duty hours subject to the official needs of the Library and Library-sponsored events. When practicable, the Guild will request other room reservations no earlier than thirty (30) days nor later than one (1) week in advance of the scheduled event. However, when meetings are necessary on shorter notice, room reservations will be granted on a first come first served basis, subject to official needs.

Room Reservations. Provided there is a full, executed Rules and Regulations Agreement on file in the Property Management Office, the Conference Center may be reserved by completing a reservations form. Once the reservation form is submitted, the requestor will receive a confirmation of their reservation. Reservation is not guaranteed until confirmation is received. The Conference Center is for the exclusive use of Parkwood tenants. No outside parties are allowed to utilize the room without the prior approval of the Property Management Office. Reservations will be accepted up to 60 days before planned event date. Each tenant company shall also be allowed to reserve a maximum of five (5) days per calendar month, with a maximum of three (3) consecutive days. Management reserves the right to deny reservations to any tenant or group requesting a room. Reservations may be made anytime between the hours of 8am-5pm. Reservations are restricted to the use of one (1) room per day.

Station Advertising— Parent’s in-house advertising department performs various advertising functions for the Hotel/Casinos, including the following, the costs of which are allocated as follows: · Media purchases — billed directly to the Hotel/Casino which required the purchase at one hundred percent (100%) of cost (Purchasing media in-house avoids paying a fifteen percent (15%) media commission to an outside advertising agency). · Multi-Hotel/Casino media — allocated based upon a formula (generally). · Public relations—allocated equally between all Hotel/Casinos. · Special promotions — system-wide (allocated on a formula dependent upon participation). · Special promotions — single Hotel/Casino; billed to that Hotel/Casino. · In-house production — publications for human resources, video production, commercials, sign animation, web-site, etc. (allocated based upon the type of activity and the number of Hotel/Casinos participating). · General operations — allocated based on a total revenue formula.
