Cancellation or Postponement of Event. It is mutually agreed that, in the event that the Event is canceled for any reason, then and thereupon this Contract will be automatically be terminated and IAAPA management will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the exhibit fees, after due consideration
Cancellation or Postponement of Event. Should the event:
4.1 Be cancelled for any reason whatsoever more than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the Event, the Buyer agrees that he/she shall be liable to pay BELUGA the amount equivalent to 50% of the Purchase price or part thereof, BELUGA may retain such amount and refund the balance, if any, to the Buyer. The authority responsible for issuing the Entrance tickets may agree to refund the cost of such tickets in which event the Buyer shall be refunded in full.
4.2 Be cancelled for any reason whatsoever less than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of the Event, the Buyer agrees that he/she shall be liable to pay BELUGA the amount equivalent to 75% of the Purchase price or part thereof, BELUGA may retain such amount and refund the balance, if any, to the Buyer. The authority responsible for issuing the Entrance tickets may agree to refund the cost of such tickets in which event the Buyer shall be refunded in full.
4.3 Be postponed less than 7 days prior or on the day of the event, the Buyer agrees that Xxxxxx may retain the full purchase price (inclusive of VAT). The authority responsible for issuing the Entrance tickets may agree to make such tickets valid for an allocated new date on which the event is to take place. Hospitality services shall be provided on the allocated new date of the event if the event takes place within 3 days of the original date scheduled subject to an additional nominal fee for catering services.
4.4 Be postponed more than 7 working days before the event date, full hospitality will be provided to the Buyer at no additional cost on the new date.
Cancellation or Postponement of Event. In the event that the fair is postponed due to any occurrence not occasioned by the conduct of the Texas Arts & Crafts Fair staff or Vendor, whether such occurrence be an Act of God or the act or conduct of any person or persons not party or privy to this lease, then the performance of the parties under this agreement shall be excused for such period of time as is reasonably necessary after such occurrence to remedy the effects thereof, and in any event for the duration of such postponement. In the event that such occurrences results in the cancellation of the fair, the obligations of the parties under this agreement shall be automatically terminated and all rental payments made shall be automatically refunded to Vendor, less a pro rata share of expenses actually incurred by the Texas Arts & Crafts Fair in connection with the fair. The Texas Arts & Crafts Fair shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Vendor, which may be caused by or associated with any postponement/cancellation of the fair.
Cancellation or Postponement of Event. In the event that the Event is cancelled due to any occurrence outside inPower
Cancellation or Postponement of Event. Should the premises where the Event is being held become unavailable for occupancy for “cause or causes” not within the control of Producer, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic, and the Event must be cancelled or postponed, Producer and Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any claims which might arise in consequence thereof. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS allowed for any such cancellations or postponements that are out of the control of the Producer. Exhibitor explicitly agrees to and fully understands that the current COVID-19 pandemic can affect the schedule of the Event at any time, and if such affect should occur, Exhibitor space rental fees, deposits, and other monies paid toward Event, shall only be allowed to be used as a CREDIT VOUCHER toward the Fall Event Days, currently scheduled for October 2021, or any future alternate event, of which Producer is also producing. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exhibitor MUST explicitly agree to this Section 1. Paragraph H. before being approved as an exhibitor for the Event.
Cancellation or Postponement of Event. 4.1 If at any time during the Hire Period, the Event is cancelled or postponed for whatever reason, and irrespective of whether any acts or omissions of the Government Party caused or contributed to the cancellation or postponement of the Event (a “Cancelled Event” or “Postponed Event”, respectively and as applicable):
(a) the Government Party may suspend the Suppliers’ obligations under this Agreement in respect of the Cancelled Event or Postponed Event (as the case may be) by written notice and the Supplier will have no liability to provide any Equipment in respect of the Cancelled Event or Postponed Event; and
(b) the Government Party shall only be liable for:
(i) payments under the Agreement for Equipment accepted before the effective date of cancellation or postponement; and
(ii) any reasonable costs incurred by the Supplier that are directly attributable to the cancellation or postponement, if the Supplier substantiates these amounts to the satisfaction of the Government Party; and
(c) the Government Party will have no obligation to pay the Supplier the Price, or any other amounts:
(i) that could otherwise be construed as due and owing from the Government Party to the Supplier in respect of the Cancelled Event or Postponed Event (as the case may be); and
(ii) on account of any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses incurred or suffered by the Supplier in relation to, or in the expectation of, hiring Equipment to the Cancelled Event or Postponed Event (as the case may be) including but not limited to loss or profits or opportunity.
4.2 The Supplier releases and forever discharges the Government Party from any Claims the Supplier may have, and any Liabilities it may suffer, as result of a Cancelled Event or Postponed Event (as the case may be).
Cancellation or Postponement of Event. The Government may cancel or postpone the Event at any time if:
a. the risk to person, property or national security is considered by the South Australian Government, who will consult with Austrade and DFAT, in absolute discretion, to be unacceptable;
b. for administrative reasons (e.g. due to a change in the venue), or if, in the Government’s view, the Event may not achieve its purpose (e.g. because market forces have changed); or
c. insufficient number of Participants is achieved. If the Government cancels or postpones the Event, it will notify the Participant as soon as practicable. The Participant shall also acknowledge and agree that the Government will not be liable to pay compensation, damages or costs to the Participant in respect of the cancellation or postponement of the Event.

a. there is an insufficient number of Participants to proceed;
b. for administrative reasons (e.g. due to a change in the venue) or if, in AEAS's view, the Event may not achieve its purpose (e.
