Cancellation/Termination of Service. Access to Online Banking Services may be terminated or limited by the Bank at any time without prior notice due to reasons such as, but not limited to, account inactivity. After termination, Services may be reactivated by reregistering for the Services. If you wish to cancel any of your Services offered through PCB Bank, please contact your local branch or contact our Online Banking Department at 000-000-0000. You will be responsible for all outstanding transactions made through our Online Banking Services, and responsible for fees incurred before the date of your Service cancellation, including fees that may be incurred due to your Service cancellation.

Cancellation/Termination of Service. You or we may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time, without penalty. Notice of this termination can be given orally by you or by either you or us in writing and will take effect from the date of receipt. Notice to terminate in writing should be provided to the address given in the Section titled ‘What to do if you have a complaint’ above. Termination is without prejudice to any Service already provided/ transactions already initiated, which will be completed according to this agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation/Termination of Service. If you do not access your Bank account(s) via US Metro Internet Banking for any six (6) month period, we reserve the right to disconnect your service (remove your user ID). Your Services may be cancelled at any time without prior notice due to insufficient funds in one of your accounts. After cancellation, Services may be reinstated, when sufficient funds are available in your accounts to cover any fees and other pending transfers or debits. In order to reinstate your Services, you must contact the Bank or re-register by the method provided. Cancellation/Termination of Service. There is a cooling-off period of 14 days whereby the Care Recipient can cancel the service. Should the Care Recipient decide to cancel the service within the cooling-off period then they will only be required to pay the delivery and all other charges will be refunded in full, provided there is no damage to the equipment. If the Care Recipient wishes to cancel after the cooling off period but prior to the expiration of the minimum term of twelve month’s they will be liable to pay a breakage fee. That fee will be equal to 75% of the monthly charge multiplied by the number of months remaining in the minimum period. Where a Care Recipient has signed up for an annual subscription, there will be no entitlement to a refund within the first 12 months, other than that where the relevant cancellation occurred during the cooling-off period. Following the expiration of the minimum twelve-month term, the Care Recipient may cancel the contract by providing one months’ notice in writing.

  • Cancellation/Termination EY may terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part, with or without cause, at any time and without liability, upon written notice to Supplier. In the event of any termination, Supplier shall promptly refund to EY any fees paid for Services or Work Product(s) that have not been provided as at the effective date of termination, and no further fees shall be due from EY in respect of the Services or Work Product(s). Termination or expiry of this Purchase Order for any reason shall not affect the accrued rights and obligations of the parties at the date of termination or expiry (as applicable).

  • Cancellation of Event Subject to the termination provisions contained herein, if Emerald cancels the Event in advance of the start of the Event for reasons other than force majeure, Emerald shall refund to Exhibitor its booth space rental payment previously paid (less Exhibitor’s pro rata share of all costs and expenses incurred and committed by Emerald in the case of cancellation due to circumstances outside of Emerald’s control) in full satisfaction of all liabilities of Emerald and Facility to Exhibitor. Under all circumstances, Emerald reserves the right to postpone, rename or relocate the Event or change the Event dates. If Emerald changes the name of the Event, relocates the Event to another facility within the same geographic area, or changes the Event dates to dates that are not more than 30 days earlier or 30 days later, no refund will be due to Exhibitor, and Emerald shall assign to Exhibitor, in lieu of the original space, other space as Emerald reasonably deems appropriate, and Exhibitor agrees to accept such space under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

  • Service Termination, Cancellation, or Suspension If you wish to cancel the Service, you may contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. Any payment(s) that have begun processing before the requested cancellation date will be processed by us. You agree that we may terminate or suspend your use of the Service at any time and for any reason or no reason. Neither termination, cancellation nor suspension shall affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.
