Entitlement to a refund Sample Clauses

The 'Entitlement to a refund' clause defines the circumstances under which a party is eligible to receive a repayment of funds previously paid. Typically, this clause outlines specific conditions such as product defects, service failures, cancellations within a certain period, or non-delivery that trigger the right to a refund. By clearly stating when and how refunds are granted, the clause protects consumers from financial loss due to unmet obligations and provides a transparent process for resolving disputes over payments.
