Connectivity Service. Considered as a hosting service provider under the terms of article 6-I-2 of French law no. 2004- 575 dated June 21 2004, the Client expressly recognizes that ONLINE does not partake in the design, development, implementation, operation, or administration of the User's management tools, its software, its Internet site(s), nor in any electronic communication services to the general public accessible by the server(s) operated by the User. Within the scope of the Charter of Commitments for developing an offer of legal online music, consideration of intellectual property and action on digital piracy signed on July 28 2004, note that the illegal exchange of recordings and protected works over the Internet as well as piracy are detrimental to artistic creation. As a result, in the event of breach of the current legislation by the Client, and notably of laws concerning the respect of intellectual and artistic property, the Client may be held responsible and it undertakes to protect ONLINE from any action brought about by a third party. The maximum Internet connectivity rate provided is specified in the Purchase Order. IP addresses are provided following Client justification with European IP Networks (RIPE). Usage enabling the transfer of Internet requests via a proxy server installed on the Client's infrastructure is not authorized, and specifically the “TOR”, “FreeNet”, “Hacktisvismo” and “A4Proxy” networks.

Connectivity Service. Certegy is responsible for providing the communications related equipment and connectivity to and between all Data Network locations specified in Schedule I. Connectivity to external (for example, Third Party) networks will also be provided by Certegy. Connectivity to IBM's facilities and use of IBM shared network facilities will require Certegy's prior review and approval which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Connectivity Service. Unless otherwise agreed by Sony in circumstances where Sony procures Connectivity Service directly from wireless carriers, GoAmerica shall be responsible for procuring Connectivity Services from the appropriate wireless carriers in order to provide the Sony Service in those areas of the Territory where such carriers provide coverage. Except with respect to Connectivity Services that Sony procures directly from wireless carriers, GoAmerica shall be solely responsible for all payments to such carriers for access time or other carrier products or services included within the Sony Service. Sony shall cooperate with GoAmerica to ensure that the Sony Service meets any technical requirements or usage policies of such carriers. To the extent its carriers enable GoAmerica to do so, GoAmerica shall manage Connectivity Service provisioning so that GoAmerica will be the only interface to and from a customer and a customer will not need to interact directly with GoAmerica's wireless carriers to provision service; provided, however, that even in instances where interaction with GoAmerica's wireless carriers to provision service is necessary, GoAmerica shall facilitate coordination with such carriers and assist customers in any issues with such carriers.

Connectivity Service. The company shall provide the Care Recipient with sim card connectivity for the purpose of facilitating SOS calls through the Xxxxx Fall Alarm. While best efforts will be made to ensure maximum sim coverage in all areas, the company cannot take responsibility for lack of sim coverage. The cost of providing sim coverage and connection for the device is included in the monthly service fee and is subject to fair usage.
