Cancellations and Rostering. (i) In the event that the rostered Community Care visit is cancelled within the same day, the employee will be paid for the time rostered at the applicable rate of pay If a substituted job is provided and is for less time than the original job, then the employee shall be compensated the difference between the two jobs. (ii) In the event that a client requests a visit to be shortened, the employee will be paid 100% of the original rostered time. (iii) In the event that the employee declines the alternative shift offered then payment will only be for the time from the commencement of the shift up until the offer of the alternative roster by the Team Leader. (iv) If the employee has been previously advised of the rostering change before the day of the rostered job, no payment will be made to the employee for the cancelled or amended visit. (v) Council will endeavour to schedule client visits to avoid gaps in rosters. Where gaps may occur, Council will endeavour to contact clients to reschedule the appointment to minimise the down time in the employee's roster. (vi) Any gaps between shifts of greater than 30 minutes will be treated as paid time for the time that is in excess of thirty minutes.

  • Cancellations and Refunds Our cancellation policy is as flexible and understanding as possible. All our bookings are received well in advance of trip departures and other people may have been turned away because kayaks have been reserved. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by a Saltwater Soul associate on the day of your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather or safety concerns, we will attempt to rebook you. You will be issued a full refund if you are unable to rebook. All cancellations by guest need to be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from reservation will result in a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation and Refunds If you cancel your reservation or change your plans, your right to receive a refund is limited, as set forth in the following schedule. All cancellations will become effective as of the date of the postmark or email receipt. All requests for refunds must be sent to Air Journey in writing via mail, fax or email.   • Cancellation by Us If We cancel this Agreement, We shall mail to You written notice to Your last known address stating the reason and effective date for cancellation, at least five (5) days prior to cancellation. However, such prior notice shall not be required if We cancel for nonpayment of the Purchase Price, material misrepresentation by You to Us, or substantial breach of duties by You relating to the Covered Vehicle or its use.
