Cancellations by You. 4.1. Subject to clause 4.3, you will have 14 days to cancel the purchase of your Season Card from the date of purchase. You must inform NFFC of your decision to cancel within this 14 day period. If you cancel the purchase of your Season Card within this period, you will be refunded any amount of the purchase price that you have paid.
4.2. After the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period at clause 4.1, you will not be able to cancel your Season Card and no refunds will be offered in respect of the price of your Season Card unless agreed by NFFC (such agreement to be in NFFC’s sole discretion and in exceptional circumstances only).
4.3. Should you purchase a Season Card within 14 days of the first Match of the Season, you shall lose your right to cancel your Season Card in accordance with clause 4.1 with effect from the day of the first Match of the Season in question.
Cancellations by You. 7.4.1. If You wish to cancel Your place on Your Program prior to the Program Start Date, You must send a written cancellation request to VI, or to the University department coordinating Your Program (in the case of University-funded Programs). In this scenario, unless otherwise agreed with Your University, refunds shall be processed as follows:
(a) If You cancel Your Program within two weeks of paying Your Acceptance Fee and You have not yet accepted a Placement at a Host Organization, then subject to clause 4.4, You will receive a 50% refund of the Acceptance Fee.
(b) If You cancel Your Program more than two weeks after paying Your Acceptance Fee and You have not yet accepted a Placement at a Host Organization, then subject to clause 4.4, You will receive a 25% refund of the Acceptance Fee.
(c) If You cancel Your Program and You have already accepted a Placement at a Host Organization, You will receive no refund of the Acceptance Fee or the remainder of the Program Fee, except as set out in clause 7.4.2.
7.4.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between VI and You (or Your University), the extenuating circumstances under which We will consider a refund of either the Acceptance Fee and/or the remainder of the Program Fee after You have accepted a Placement with a Host Organization are as follows:
(a) Serious illness - If You are unable to participate on the Program due to a serious illness, We require documentary evidence from a doctor confirming that on medical grounds you are advised not to participate in Your Program.
(b) Death of an immediate family member - In the case of bereavement of an immediate family member within twenty-eight (28) days of Your Program start date, We may require documentary evidence to verify the bereavement, this can include: (i) death certificate; (ii) a letter outlining full name of deceased, relationship to You, location and date of death, and Your signature. For the purposes of this Agreement, We consider the following members as “immediate” family members: (A) spouse; (B) civil partner; (C) children (including adopted/step children); (D) parents (including step parents); (E) siblings (including step siblings); (F) grandparents and grandchildren; (G) siblings-in-law; and (H) children-in-law.
Cancellations by You. 7.4.1. If You wish to cancel Your place on Your Program prior to the Program Start Date, You must send a written cancellation request to VI, or to the university department coordinating Your Program (in the case of university sponsored programs). In this scenario, unless otherwise agreed with Your University, refunds shall be processed as follows:
(a) If You cancel Your Program within two weeks of paying Your Acceptance Fee and You have not yet accepted a Placement at a Host Organization, then subject to clause 4.4, You will receive a 50% refund of the Acceptance Fee.
(b) If You cancel Your Program more than two weeks after paying Your Acceptance Fee and You have not yet accepted a Placement at a Host Organization, then subject to clause 4.4, You will receive a 25% refund of the Acceptance Fee.
(c) If You cancel Your Program and You have already accepted a Placement at a Host Organization, You will receive no refund of the Acceptance Fee or the remainder of the Program Fee, except as set out in clause 7.4.2.
7.4.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between VI and You (or Your university), the extenuating circumstances under which We will consider a refund of either the Acceptance Fee and/or the remainder of the Program Fee after You have accepted a Placement with a Host Organization are as follows:

Cancellations by You. If you wish to cancel your participation in this Program, you must notify THPA in writing. The following charges will apply: You will automatically forfeit your Program Deposit (AUD$1000) as paid. THPA will refund you any remaining On-Ground Costs paid by you, if cancelled more than 8 weeks from Program Commencement.
Cancellations by You. 12.5.1. If You wish to cancel Your place on Your Program prior to the Program Start Date, you must send a written cancellation request to the office address of the CRCC office handling Your Program, or to the university department coordinating Your Program (in the case of university sponsored programs).
12.5.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between CRCC and You (or your university), the extenuating circumstances under which We will consider a refund of either the Program fees and/or Acceptance Fee are as follows:
(a) Serious illness - If You are unable to participate on the Program due to a serious illness, We require documentary evidence from a doctor confirming that on medical grounds you are advised not to participate in Your Program.
(b) Death of an immediate family member - In the case of bereavement of an immediate family member within twenty-eight (28) days of Your Program start date, We may require documentary evidence to verify the bereavement, this can include: (i) death certificate; (ii) a letter outlining full name of deceased, relationship to You, location and date of death, and Your signature. Cancellations by You. If you have to cancel your booking, we require your instruction in writing and we will charge you as follows : (i) if the cancellation is 6 weeks or more before your date of stay, you lose the deposit; (ii) if the cancellation is 1 to 6 weeks before your date of stay, you are obliged to pay 50% of the total Accommodation Cost including your deposit; (iii) if cancellation is 1 week or less before your date of stay, you are obliged to pay 100% of the total Accommodation Cost.
Cancellations by You. Should you elect to cancel your reservation, you agree that you will be bound by the applicable Listing-specific cancellation policy, which may result in partial or total forfeiture by you of certain fees. You agree that a condition precedent to booking an Accommodation is that you agree to all of these Terms (including in relation to the appointment of Third Party Suppliers) and further agree to be bound by all of WRP’s rules and any Listing-specific rules as published on a Listing or furnished to you prior to commencement of your stay at an Accommodation. You agree that any failure by you to adhere to WRP’s rules, any Listing-specific rules as published on a Listing or furnished to you prior to commencement of your stay at an Accommodation, or any anticipatory breach of this Agreement, without limitation, will be deemed a cancellation by you of your Reservation, as determined by WRP in good faith in its sole and exclusive discretion, and any applicable refunds will be determined by WRP on the basis that the reservation was cancelled by you. Nothing in this subsection should be construed as limiting any of WRP’s rights, remedies, defenses, or ability to collect or pursue additional sums from you for violations of WRP’s rules, damages to an Accommodation, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with these Terms. All such rights, remedies, defenses, and abilities are hereby expressly reserved. In addition to any other situations as set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that your Reservation will be immediately terminated and deemed a cancellation by you should you:
i. Violate any rule or policy set forth in any Listing you have booked; or
ii. Violate any applicable law or ordinance;
iii. Host or attempt to host any unauthorized event, gathering, or party on the property, premises, or at any Accommodation.
Cancellations by You. 7.3.1. If You wish to cancel Your place on Your Program prior to the Program Start Date, You must send a written cancellation request to VI, or to the School department coordinating Your Program (in the case of School-funded Programs). In this scenario, unless otherwise agreed with Your School, refunds shall be processed as follows:
(a) If You cancel Your Program more than 1 month before Your Program Start Date and You have only paid Your Acceptance Fee by the time of cancellation, You will receive a 50% refund of the Acceptance Fee. If You cancel Your Program more than 1 month before Your Program Start Date and You have paid Your full Program Fee by the time of cancellation, You will receive a 75% refund of the Program Fee.
(b) If You cancel Your Program more than 1 week but less than 1 month before Your Program Start Date and You have only paid Your Acceptance Fee by the time of cancellation, You will receive a 25% refund of the Acceptance Fee. If You cancel Your Program more than 1 week but less than 1 month before Your Program Start Date and You have paid Your full Program Fee by the time of cancellation, You will receive a 35% refund of the Program Fee.
(c) If You cancel Your Program less than 1 week before Your Program Start Date, You will receive no refund of the Acceptance Fee or the remainder of the Program Fee, except as set out in clause 7.3.2.
7.3.2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between VI and You (or Your School), the extenuating circumstances under which We will consider a refund of either the Acceptance Fee and/or the remainder of the Program Fee if You cancel Your Program less than a week before its Program Start Date are as follows:
(a) Serious illness - If You are unable to participate on the Program due to a serious illness, We require documentary evidence from a doctor confirming that on medical grounds you are advised not to participate in Your Program.

Cancellations by You. If you wish to cancel your participation in this Program, you must notify THPA in writing. The following charges will apply: THPA will refund you any Program Fees paid by you, if cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to the Commencement Date. If cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the Commencement Date you will forfeit in full the Program Fees paid to THPA, unless such cancellation is notified promptly and is due to force majeure (including due to COVID-19 or is required by other circumstances beyond Your control and which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on Your part
Cancellations by You. 13.1 If You wish to cancel Your Booking You must give Mettrex prior written notice in accordance with these Travel Booking Terms.
13.2 Deposits and professional fees are non-refundable.
13.3 Some Bookings in respect of travel or accommodation may be non- refundable and if this is the case, it will be confirmed to you at the time of Booking.
13.4 If the Booking may be cancelled and refunded to the Customer, Mettrex may still impose reasonable cancellation fees having regard to industry practices. Cancellation fees are as follows: Domestic and Trans-Tasman Air Bookings AUD $35 + GST per person International Air Bookings AUD $150 + GST per person; OR 10% of ticket value (excl taxes) whichever is greater. Cruises, hotel Bookings and packages AUD $150 + GST per person; OR 20% of the Booking value whichever is greater.
13.5 Cancelled Bookings may also incur Travel Supplier cancellation fees as set out in the Travel Supplier’s terms and conditions.
13.6 You indemnify Mettrex for any cost, expense or liability incurred by Mettrex for a Travel Supplier cancellation fee for any Booking which You cancel.
