CAP ON COMPENSATION. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the maximum payment of cash pursuant to the Cash Award or the issuance of Common Stock pursuant to the Stock Award to the Participant hereunder shall be subject to the limitations in the Plans and the Participant's employment agreement with the Company or a subsidiary thereof, each as may be amended from time to time.

CAP ON COMPENSATION. In view of the fact that the facilities have been set up exclusively for DDPI by RML, DDPI shall during the term of this Agreement, pay to RML at the fixed man day rates as listed in Appendix B; provided, however, that eighty percent (80%) of such Compensation shall be guaranteed.   • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.

  • Compensation Benefits In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant.
