CAP ON COMPENSATION. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the maximum payment of cash pursuant to the Cash Award or the issuance of Common Stock pursuant to the Stock Award to the Participant hereunder shall be subject to the limitations in the Plans and the Participant's employment agreement with the Company or a subsidiary thereof, each as may be amended from time to time.

CAP ON COMPENSATION. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the maximum bonus amounts payable to the Participant shall be subject to the limitations in the Plan and the Participant's employment agreement with the Company or a subsidiary thereof, as the case may be, as amended from time to time.
CAP ON COMPENSATION. In view of the fact that the facilities have been set up exclusively for DDPI by RML, DDPI shall during the term of this Agreement, pay to RML at the fixed man day rates as listed in Appendix B; provided, however, that eighty percent (80%) of such Compensation shall be guaranteed. The balance twenty percent (20%) of Compensation shall be contingent upon RML’s achieving certain performance-based milestones (as set forth in Section 2.04(d) below).

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.
