Common use of Card Clause in Contracts

Card. The Card is a transaction debit card issued by us and is neither a credit card nor a gift card. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash. The Card is not for resale and may not be transferred or assigned. The Card remains our property and must be returned to us upon our request.
