Card Ownership. 5.1 Once they have signed the Agreement, the Member will be provided with a membership card. This membership card proves that the holder is entitled to enter urban apes. The member has to prove his/her identity by presenting an official photo ID, if no photo has been taken and stored for access control purposes.
Card Ownership. All ATM cards, PINs, and passwords we provide are the property of MSUFCU. MSUFCU may, without liability or notice, revoke, cancel, or limit any or all use of the card privileges afforded in this Agreement for good cause, and you will surrender the card to MSUFCU immediately upon demand. If this Agreement is terminated, you agree to surrender the card to us. The primary member is responsible for all ATM cards issued to the member or any joint owners. If joint owners are removed from the account, it is the responsibility of the primary member to recover and surrender all ATM cards. Any transaction performed by a joint owner after the joint owner has been removed from the account shall be considered an authorized transaction for which the primary member is responsible, until the primary member has notified MSUFCU in writing that the joint owner is not authorized to perform transactions or the ATM card(s) has been surrendered to MSUFCU.
Card Ownership. Any card or other device we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us (or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or any person who is authorized to honor the card) immediately according to instructions. The card may be repossessed at any time and at our sole discretion, without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your card or account to another person. You may not use the card for any illegal or unlawful transaction, and we may decline to authorize any transaction we believe poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness.

Card Ownership. The Card is our property and will remain the property of ATB Financial at all times. We will allow you to use the Card and to continue using it as long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement. ATB Financial may, at any time and for any reason, refuse to issue a Card to you, refuse to allow you to use the Card or Card balance, or request that you return or destroy the Card at any time and for any reason. You agree to return or destroy the Card immediately in accordance with our request, if we ask you to.

The owner of an account is fully responsible for all transactions processed by or permitted by anyone who is a cardholder. Cardholders are separately responsible for whatever transactions they make or permit someone else to make.
