Care Center. (Union Gap), Inc. 2.1 Both parties understand that for the Employer to satisfy the demands of its residents and to successfully operate the facility, contracting and\or subcontracting of bargaining unit work may be necessary from time to time, however, the Employer will endeavor to utilize its own employees whenever practicable. Except during temporary periods of emergency when resident care is jeopardized (such as fire or flood), the Employer will notify the Union at least forty-five (45) days prior to implementation of any changes. The Employer also agrees to meet and confer with the Union regarding the changes. 2.2 Furthermore, the Employer agrees to include language in all future contracts regarding contracting or subcontracting of housekeeping, laundry or any other services covered by the classifications in this Section that requires contractors or subcontractors to apply the full terms and conditions of this Agreement to all affected bargaining unit and employees.

Care Center. 26.1 The Seller develops a Care Centre on Erf 6397 (as indicated on the General Plan) to be leased to a Care Centre Operator to operate. Ownership of the property will remain with Seller (or his successor in title) and not with the Home Owners Association. 26.2 The facilities and services pertaining to the Care Centre will be available to the public and owners of the Home Owners Association. 26.3 The Care Centre will be erected and completed at the Developer's own discretion and the Buyer is aware that the Care Centre will not necessarily be completed before the date of registration and no date is currently set for completion. The Developer reserves the right to design and complete the Care Centre at any time during Development.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

  • Online Payments may be made online from the Money Matters tab in the Licensee’s Cal Poly Portal or at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/student_accounts/online_payments.asp. Online payments can be made with either eCheck (with no added convenience fee) or credit card (with an added 2.75% convenience fee).   • Fitness Center Subject to the provisions of this Section, so long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, and provided Tenant’s employees execute a standard waiver of liability form used at the Fitness Center (hereinafter defined) and pay the applicable one time or monthly fee, then Tenant’s employees (the “Fitness Center Users”) shall be entitled to use the KINETIC fitness center (the “Fitness Center”) in the building located at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. The use of the Fitness Center shall be subject to the rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by the Fitness Center operator. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Fitness Center by the Fitness Center Users shall be at their own risk. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that the Fitness Center (or any other fitness facility) shall be continuously operated and maintained throughout the Term of this Lease, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Fitness Center Users’ rights to the Fitness Center shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in Basic Rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage occurring to Tenant or its employees or agents arising as a result of the use of the Fitness Center, or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and further agrees that Tenant will not prosecute any claim for personal injury or property damage against Landlord or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action. It is the intention of Tenant with respect to the Fitness Center to exempt and relieve Landlord from liability for personal injury or property damage caused by negligence. Tenant’s rights hereunder to permit its employees to use the Fitness Center shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.

  • Schools The Project must apply for concurrency review at Lake County Public Schools. The school district has a specific application process. The Project must be shown to have appropriate school concurrency before building permits are issued.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.
