Care of the Pet. The Adopter understands that the adopted pet is an indoor pet, and agrees to allow it full access to the home. The Adopter agrees to provide the pet with fresh water, wholesome food, adequate exercise and loving attention.

Care of the Pet. The Adopter agrees to provide the pet with fresh water, appropriate food, attention, adequate exercise and shelter. You will provide this Animal with humane treatment and care, ensuring their psychological and social needs are being met. You will not leave the Animal chained, cooped, and/or otherwise confined for extended periods of time. You agree never to use the Pet for fighting or any other “sport” in which one animal is pitted against another, never to beat or taunt the animal in order to promote aggressive characteristics, will not use a shock, choke or prong collar and never sell the Animal to be used for medical or experimental purposes. You agree that you will review the care/welcoming your new pet information forms that may be included in your pets adoption envelope where applicable Initial
Care of the Pet. You agree that this Xxxxxx Pet shall be treated as a family member and will be given house privileges; i. e. sleep inside the house, be allowed freedom of the house when the family is home, and will NOT be confined to the yard for extended periods of time. You agree to provide the pet with fresh water, appropriate pet food, adequate outdoor exercise, affection and shelter. You also agree that the pet will not be used as a guard animal, or for any purpose other than as a companion and friend to You and Your family for the duration of this agreement. No alteration to the animal’s appearance is permitted unless deemed necessary for the health of the animal and performed by a licensed veterinarian (i.e. ear/tail docking, declawing, etc.).
Care of the Pet. You agree that this pet is being adopted as a family member and will be given house privileges (i.e., sleeping inside the house), be allowed freedom of the house when the family is home, and dogs will NOT be confined to the yard for extended periods of time. You agree to provide the pet with fresh water, appropriate pet food, adequate outdoor exercise, affection, and shelter. You also agree that the pet will not be used as a guard animal, or for any purpose other than as a companion and friend to You and Your family. No alteration to the pet’s appearance or declawing (i.e., tail/ear docking) is permitted unless deemed necessary and performed by a licensed Veterinarian for the pet's health.
Care of the Pet. You agree that this Pet is being adopted as a family member and will be given house/shelter privileges and will NOT be restricted to the yard at any time. You agree to provide the Pet with fresh water, wholesome food, adequate outside exercise, affection and shelter. You also agree that if the Pet is a dog, it will not be used as a guard animal or for any purpose other than as a companion and friend to you and your family. No alteration to the animal’s appearance is permitted (i.e. docking of tails, ears, tattooing, piercing, etc). Xxxxxx shall allow a reasonable amount of time for the Pet to adjust to new surroundings. For the safety of Xxxxxx’x household and other resident pets, Xxxxxx is required to place pet into a two-week shut-down period. Pet must be crated and separated from all other animals in the household for two weeks. Slow introductions are required for each Pet and this in turn will create a more balanced transition for the Pet. If this is not followed, Driftless Humane reserves the right to reclaim the pet and relieve Xxxxxx of their duties. Veterinary Care. The Pet has been examined by the DHS veterinarian and you will be provided with copies of medical records. You agree to keep all vaccinations current including but not limited to Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), Bordatella, heartworm medications, etc. You agree to provide the best available care to the Pet in a timely manner. Any veterinary problems that may arise including serious illness requiring emergency care or surgery is your responsibility and you are responsible for all costs.
Care of the Pet. You agree that this pet is being adopted as a family member and not a disposable item. Your new family member will be afforded house privileges – to sleep inside the house- not outside. Your new family member will not be banished outside, restricted to only the yard in an outdoor pen, kennel, or fenced yard, but be allowed freedom of the house when the family is home. You agree to provide the pet with fresh water, wholesome food, adequate outdoor exercise, affection, and inside shelter. You agree that this pet will not be used as only a guard animal or for any purpose other than as a companion and friend to you and your family. No alteration to the animal’s appearance is permitted for cosmetic reasons (i.e. docking of tails, ears.).

  • Role of the panel 1. The role of the Panel shall be to make an objective assessment of the dispute under its consideration, including an examination of the facts of the case and the applicability of and conformity with this Agreement, incorporating necessary findings for settling the dispute. 2. The report of the Panel shall be binding on the disputing Parties. 3. The Panel shall take its decisions by consensus. However, if the Panel is unable to reach consensus, it may take its decisions by majority vote. 4. Where a Panel concludes that a measure is inconsistent with this Agreement, it shall recommend that the Party complained against bring the measure into conformity with this Agreement. In addition to these recommendations, the Panel will be entitled to suggest ways in which the Party complained against could implement the recommendations. 5. The Panel, in its findings and recommendations, may not add to or diminish the rights and obligations provided in this Agreement. 1. The procedure before the Panel shall be conducted in accordance with the Model Rules of Procedure set out in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure). Exceptionally, the disputing Parties may agree on different rules to be applied by the Panel. 2. The Model Rules of Procedure are necessary for the good development of all the steps in this Chapter. In addition, these rules shall regulate the development of the procedure, pursuant to the following principles: (a) the procedures shall ensure the right to at least one hearing before the Panel, as well as the opportunity for each disputing Party to provide initial and rebuttal written submissions, and allow the use of any technological means to ensure its authenticity; and (b) the hearings before the Panel, the deliberations, as well as all the submissions and communications submitted during the hearings, shall be confidential.

  • Role of the Parties Taboola acknowledges that Publisher is a Controller of Personal Data relating to its Visitors. Publisher acknowledges that Taboola shall also be an independent Controller of Personal Data that it processes about Visitors to provide its Services (both to Publisher and to Taboola’s other publishers). In no event shall the Parties process Personal Data that they each collect about Visitors as joint Controllers.

  • Nature of the processing MailChimp provides an email service, automation and marketing platform and other related services, as described in the Agreement.

  • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

  • Duration of the Processing Personal Data will be Processed for the duration of the Agreement, subject to Section 4 of this DPA.

  • ROLE OF THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONTACTS 5.01 Primary and Secondary Contact(s). The Resident, in executing this Agreement, is required to identify a “Primary Contact” and a “Secondary Contact”. It is strongly recommended that these contacts are parents or legal guardians of the Resident. The Primary Contact serves as the individual that is contacted by the Manager if concerns or problems arise with the Resident, as detailed in section 5.02 below. If the Primary Contact is not available, the Secondary Contact will be contacted.

  • Term of the Plan The Plan, as set forth herein, shall come into existence on the date of its adoption by the Board of Directors; provided, however, that no Award may be granted hereunder prior to the Effective Date. The Board of Directors may suspend or terminate the Plan at any time. No ISOs may be granted after the tenth anniversary of the earlier of (i) the date the Plan is adopted by the Board of Directors, or (ii) the date the Plan is approved the stockholders of the Company.

  • Operation of the Property Between June 1, 1998 and the Closing Date, Seller shall (a) lease, operate, manage and enter into contracts with respect to the Property, in the same manner done by Seller prior to the date hereof (provided, however, that without the prior consent of Purchaser, which as to (i) and (ii) shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned or withheld, (i) Seller shall not enter into any Service Contract that cannot be terminated with thirty (30) days notice or materially modify any existing Service Contracts to be assumed by Purchaser at Closing, and (ii) after June 1, 1998, Seller shall not materially modify or terminate any existing Tenant Lease or grant any material consents under any existing Tenant Lease (except as otherwise required pursuant to the terms and conditions of such Tenant Lease), or enter into any new Tenant Lease, and (iii) Seller shall not apply any then unapplied Deposits (as reflected on the Rent Roll delivered by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to Schedule 5.3(vii) hereof) under Tenant Leases); and (b) advise Purchaser of the commencement of any litigation, condemnation or other judicial or administrative proceedings affecting the Property of which Seller has current actual knowledge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Contract, Purchaser acknowledges that after June 1, 1998 and prior to Closing, Seller will enter into contracts for the completion of Tenant improvements under Tenant Leases entered into after June 1, 1998 pursuant to the terms of Section 12.1 hereof (collectively, the "Tenant Finish Contracts"). Purchaser and Seller agree that at Closing, Purchaser shall assume the obligations of Seller under all such Tenant Finish Contracts including, without limitation, the obligations to pay any costs and expenses charged with respect to construction of improvements in the space subject to such Tenant Leases. At Closing, Purchaser shall execute and deliver to the Seller an Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H and made a part hereof for all purposes.

  • Relation of the Parties No Beneficiary. No term, provision or requirement, whether express or implied, of any Loan Document, or actions taken or to be taken by any party thereunder, shall be construed to create a partnership, association, or joint venture between such parties or any of them. No term or provision of any Loan Document shall be construed to confer a benefit upon, or grant a right or privilege to, any Person other than the parties hereto.
