Common use of Care Service Employee Grade 5 Clause in Contracts

Care Service Employee Grade 5. This grade shall only apply to employees having responsibility for supervision of the care service. An employee who may be required to have and use any additional qualifications than would be required for a grade 4 employee. Employees at this level may be required to exercise any/all managerial functions in relation to the operation of the care service and comply with documentation requirements as determined by the employer
