CAREER STRUCTURE. 25 Additional Increments Division 1 Nurses Grade 2 Year 7, 8 and 9 25.1 The parties agree that the increments introduced during the life of the last Agreement, specifically Grade 2 Year 7 and 8, shall continue. The rates for these increments are contained in Schedule A to this Agreement. A new increment will be introduced namely, Grade 2 Year 9. The rate for this increment shall be formulated as follows: * Year 9 is $22 per week more than Grade 2 Year 8 at the time of introduction. Employees will progress to the increments referred to in this clause according to years of experience (as defined by the Nurses Award) including experience prior to 1 February 2006. Year 9 is available from the first pay period on or after 1 February 2006. 25.2 The parties agree that the two pay points introduced during the life of the last Agreement, namely, Pay point 6 and Pay point 7 will continue. The rates for these pay points are contained at Schedule A of this Agreement. A new pay point shall be introduced, namely pay point 8. The rate for this pay point shall be formulated as follows: * Pay point 8 is $13 per week more than Pay point 7 at the time of introduction.
