Common use of Caregivers Clause in Contracts

Caregivers. UHRL permits approved caregivers to have access to a Resident’s Unit where the Resident needs a caregiver to aid Resident in their personal care or in the care of a family member authorized to live in University Housing with Resident. Prior to allowing access to their Unit, Resident must submit a completed Caregiver Form and include any documentation as may be required by UHRL and receive UHRL approval. Upon approval, UHRL will provide access for approved caregivers who may enter the Building and Unit only during pre-approved days and times except in case of emergency.
