Cash Bonus Program. As President and CEO, Executive is eligible to earn a cash bonus equal to 40% of Executive's base salary, or $130,000, provided Executive meets the eligibility requirements and performance objectives set forth in SGX' bonus program, which are determined in SGX' sole discretion.
