Cash Payout. A nurse who has completed ten (10) years of continuous service and is voluntarily terminating employment after having reached his or her fifty-fifth (55th) birthday, is eligible for payment of one hundred percent (100%) of accrued extended illness in excess of 360 hours’ accrual.

Cash Payout. 19.8.6.1 Employees may opt to receive a cash payout. Cash payouts are fully taxable.

Cash Payout. The cash payout rate for banked load shall be at the hourly overload rate at the time of withdrawal. The process for cash payout shall be initiated upon request. Payment will be made following established payroll processes.
