Cash Payout. A nurse who has completed ten (10) years of continuous service and is voluntarily terminating employment after having reached his or her fifty-fifth (55th) birthday, is eligible for payment of one hundred percent (100%) of accrued extended illness in excess of 360 hours’ accrual.
Cash Payout. Up to twenty four (24) hours of an employee’s annually granted, unused, paid sick-leave hours will be paid out annually on or about March 15th; and/or

  • Cash and Cash Equivalents As of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of unrestricted cash then actually held by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, (b) the aggregate amount of unrestricted cash equivalents (valued at fair market value) then held by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and (c) the aggregate amount of cash then actually held by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in the form of tenant security deposits, but only to the extent such tenant security deposits are included as a liability on the Borrower’s Consolidated balance sheet, escrows and reserves.   • Cash Balances Uninvested cash balances in my Account will be automatically swept into the Xxxxxx Xxxxx Money Market Fund according to my previous elections and authorizations relating to the treatment of cash balances.   • Vacation Cash Out In each calendar year, an employee may make a one-time request to cash out and receive payment for up to forty (40) hours of vacation. In order to be eligible to cash out vacation hours, the employee must be a regular status employee and have a remaining vacation balance of sixty (60) hours or more. Vacation leave that has been pre-approved will be considered when the request is made in order to determine if they will maintain the minimum vacation balance requirement.

  • Economic Benefit The Bank shall determine the economic benefit attributable to the Executive based on the life insurance premium factor for the Executive’s age multiplied by the aggregate death benefit payable to the Beneficiary.
