Common use of Casual Employment Clause in Contracts

Casual Employment. A casual Employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees.

The overtime provisions available of clause 22 of this Award apply to other categories of Employeescasuals. 11.3.2 Deleted

The 25% casual loading shall compensate casual employees for the non-receipt of annual leave, plus 20 per cent in lieu personal leave, public holidays not worked, severance pay and notice of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeestermination.

Each casual engagement will stand alone and there should be no expectation by the employee of Employeesongoing or regular employment and hours of work.

Casual Employment. 4.3.1 A casual Employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time employee shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth 1/38th of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein rate applicable for the work which he performed plus a loading of 25%. 4.3.2 A casual employee who works in excess of the ordinary hours fixed for weekly employees on any day shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate provided in this Schedule on the casual employee’s actual rate of pay. 4.3.3 A casual employee engaged for a part of any day shall be entitled to a minimum of four hours pay per day whether the casual employee is required to work for four hours or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesnot.

A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth 40th of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work work, which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees25 percent.

A casual Employee for working ordinary time Casual Employees shall be paid per hour one thirtya 25% casual loading, which will become their all purpose rate, in compensation for other benefits under this Agreement to which a Casual Employee has no entitlement. The casual Employee is entitled to pro-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performsrata Redundancy payments as set out under Clause 31, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of EmployeesTermination Pay.

The loading in this clause includes a component for pro-rata annual leave. Wages will be paid to other categories of Employeescasuals in accordance with normal pay practices at the operation for weekly employees. A casual employee will not be entitled to paid leave.

(b) A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall employee will be paid per hour one thirty-eighth calculated at the rate of 1/38th of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein rate appropriate to the employee’s classification. In addition, a loading of 25% of that rate will be paid instead of the paid leave entitlements accrued by full- time employees. (c) Casual employees will be paid a minimum number of two hours, at the appropriate rate, for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees.each engagement:

A casual Employee for working ordinary time employee shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth 1/36 of the gross weekly Agreement wage ordinary all purpose rate of pay prescribed herein for the classification in which the employee is ordinarily employed for the work which he or she performsperformed, plus 20 per cent in lieu a loading of all leave twenty percent (b) The overtime provisions available of clause 25 of this agreement shall apply to other categories of Employeescasuals.

Casual Employment. 5.2.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. . 5.2.2 A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth 1/23th of the actual weekly Agreement wage rate prescribed herein by 9.5 of this agreement for the work which he or she performsperformed, plus 20 per cent 15%. 5.2.3 The 15% casual loading prescribed in lieu 5.2.2 compensates casual employees for the non- receipt of all leave provisions available to other categories annual leave, sick leave, bereavement leave, carer’s leave, parental leave, jury service, public holidays not worked, severance pay and notice of Employeestermination.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. Casual employees are normally employed on short term and/or variable employment arrangements and will not have continuity of employment. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall employee will be paid per hour one thirty-eighth worked 1/38 (or 1/37.5) of the weekly Agreement wage rate prescribed herein in this Award for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 performed and a twenty per cent in lieu casual loading will be applied to the actual hours worked to compensate for the lack of all sick and annual leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesentitlements and payment for public holidays not worked.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee Employee, for working ordinary time time, shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth the hourly rate prescribed by Section 7 of the weekly this Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performsperformed, plus 20 per cent in lieu a loading of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees25%.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one engaged by the company on a casual basis and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per by the hour at a rate of one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage rate prescribed herein for in respect of the work which he or she performs, classification plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees25% loading.

Casual Employment. 7.4.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. on an hourly basis. 7.4.2 A casual Employee for working ordinary time employee shall be paid at the ordinary hour rate per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work classification/ position in which he or she performsthey are employed, plus 20 per cent an additional 20% loading in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories covered by this Agreement. 7.4.3 Casual employment may be terminated at any time during the period of Employeesemployment with one day’s notice.

Casual Employment. 7.1 A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement award wage prescribed herein in clause 7 (d) of Section 1 for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus 20 a casual loading of 25 per cent in lieu cent. The loading constitutes part of the casual employee’s all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeespurpose rate.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee” means an employee who is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time employee shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth (1/36) of the gross weekly Agreement wage ordinary all purpose rate of pay prescribed herein for the classification in which the employee is ordinarily employed for the work which he or she performsperformed, plus 20 per cent in lieu a loading of all leave 20% for the first eight weeks. After eight weeks the loading will be 25%. The overtime provisions available of clause 10 of this agreement apply to other categories of Employeescasuals.

Casual Employment. 15.3.1 A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage award prescribed herein in clause 21.3 for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus 20 per cent in lieu a casual loading of 25 percent. The loading constitutes part of the casual employee’s all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeespurpose rate.

Casual Employment. 12.2.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time such and shall be guaranteed not less than four hours' engagement every start. 12.2.2 Casual work shall be paid for at the ordinary wage rate with an addition of 33-1/3 per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeescent.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein in Clause 20.1 for the work which he or she performsbeing performed plus a casual loading of 25%. The 25% casual loading shall compensate casual employees for the non- receipt of annual leave, plus 20 per cent in lieu personal leave, public holidays not worked, severance pay and notice of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeestermination.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one who is engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall employee will be paid per hour one thirty-eighth at the rate of 1/38th of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein rate appropriate to the employee’s classification. A loading of 25% of that rate will be paid instead of the paid leave entitlements accrued by full time employees to compensate casual employees for the work which he or she performsother benefits that they are not entitled to, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all e.g. paid annual leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesand paid personal leave.

Casual Employment. A casual Casual Employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Casual Employee will be one engaged on an hourly basis for a minimum of four (4) hours and for working ordinary time shall will be paid per hour one thirty-eighth a rate calculated in accordance with the following formula: Weekly wage prescribed for the relevant classification in this agreement multiplied by 1.25 (25% Casual loading constitutes part of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of EmployeesCasual Employees all-purpose rate) and divided by 38.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-thirty- eighth of the weekly Agreement agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus 20 a casual loading of 25 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeescent.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee loading of 25%, based on the normal hourly rate for working ordinary time the appropriate classification, shall be paid per for each hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent worked in lieu of all paid leave provisions available and to other categories compensate for the nature of Employeescasual employment. To remove any doubt, a casual employee shall be entitled to all applicable rates and conditions of employment prescribed in this Agreement except for paid leave.

Casual Employment. 7.3.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time such and shall be guaranteed not less than two (2) hours' engagement every start. 7.3.2 Casual work shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth for at the ordinary wage rate with an addition of 25%, except those employees who are employed in roles such as store worker, packer or sorter or despatching of goods who shall be paid at the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu ordinary rate with an addition of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees33 & 1/3%.

Casual Employment. 11.3.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A 11.3.2 All casual Employee for working ordinary time employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth the level 1 rate, as prescribed in part 4 of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performsthis agreement, plus 20 with an additional loading of no less than twenty five per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees(25%).

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid by the hour. The minimum casual hourly rate paid to those staff who are engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of such is the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein amount for the work relevant classification plus a casual loading of 20%, which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent includes an amount in lieu of all leave provisions available to annual leave, personal leave, severance pay, notice on termination, public holidays and other categories of Employees.such benefits

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one an employee engaged and paid as suchon an hourly basis. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour at the ordinary time rate of pay as listed in the attached Schedule, plus 20% casual loading that encompasses annual leave, personal/carer’s leave and penalty rates. A casual employee shall not be required to work more than 38 ordinary hours in any one thirty-eighth week, however, they may be required to work additional hours to suit the needs of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he business. A casual employee shall be required to give or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesbe given one hours' notice.

Casual Employment. 7.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged on hourly hire and paid as suchsuch with a minimum payment of one hour. A casual Employee for employee working ordinary time shall be paid per hour at the rate of one thirty-eighth of the appropriate weekly Agreement wage rate prescribed in Clause 4 - Wages herein for the work which he or she performsperformed, plus 20 a loading of 23 per cent of that per hour rate. This loading is in lieu of all substitution for sick leave, annual leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesand annual leave loading .

Casual Employment. 11.3.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A 11.3.2 All casual Employee for working ordinary time employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth the level 1 rate, as prescribed in clause 14.2.2 of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu this agreement. This amount is inclusive of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesa 25% casual loading.

A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth thirty sixth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein New Entrant site rate for the work which he or she performs, performs plus 20 30 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeescent.

Casual Employment. 11.2.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth 1 /36th of the weekly rate prescribed by this Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she that the employee performs, plus 20 30 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeescent, with a minimum as for four hours worked.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is one who is engaged and paid as suchon an hourly basis. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall employee will be paid per hour one thirty-eighth an hourly rate in accordance with the relevant classification of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein agreement plus a loading of 20%. Casual employees are not entitled to paid leave or pay for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeespublic holidays not worked.

Casual Employment. 10.2.3(a) A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-thirty eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus a casual loading of 20 per cent in lieu percent. The overtime provisions available of clause 22 of this Award apply to other categories of Employeescasuals.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee shall mean an employee who is one engaged and paid as suchby the hour. A casual Employee for working ordinary time The weekly rate payable shall be paid the amount contained in clause 3.1 plus 15 per cent divided by 38. In addition such employee will be entitled to a further one-twelfth per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories annual holidays. The minimum period of Employeespaid engagement for a casual employee shall be four hours per day.

The loading constitutes part of the casual Employees all purpose rate, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all annual and personal leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesand public holidays.

A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall employee will be paid per hour one thirty-eighth an hourly rate equal to 1/38th of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein rate appropriate to the employee’s classification plus a casual loading of 25% paid instead of the paid leave entitlements and provision of public holidays provided to full-time and part-time employees. c. Casual employees will be paid a minimum of 3 hours for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeeseach engagement.

A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus 20 a casual loading of 25 per cent in lieu cent. The loading constitutes part of the casual employee’s all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeespurpose rate.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee is one engaged and paid as such, whose ordinary hours of work are the lesser of an average of 38 hours per week or the hours required to be worked by the Company. A The casual Employee for working ordinary time shall employee’s employment contract will specify the likely number of hours to be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeesworked.

Casual Employment. 15.3.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per employed by the hour one thirty-eighth to meet specific requirements of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for employer and is paid at the work which he or she performs, hourly rate plus 20 per cent a 25% loading in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of EmployeesAnnual Leave and Personal Leave.

A Employment shall be by the hour and a casual Employee for working ordinary time loading of 25% shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent on ordinary hours. The casual loading is paid in lieu of all annual leave, personal leave, other paid leave provisions available to and public holidays or other categories of Employees.entitlements normally reserved for permanent employees

Casual Employment. A casual Employee is one employee shall only be engaged and paid as suchon an irregular or intermittent basis which does not imply continuing or regular work. A casual Employee for working ordinary time 25% loading shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent to casual employees in lieu of annual leave, sick leave and holidays with pay for all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeeshours worked.

Casual Employment. 3.5.1 A casual Employee employee is one engaged by the hour and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, that classification plus 20 twenty per cent and any applicable shift loading, with a minimum of four hours on any one day. Included in lieu of all this loading is the one-twelfth annual leave provisions available loading. NB: Prior to other categories of Employeescommencing either a part-time or casual employee the relevant union delegate will be consulted.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-eighth 37.5th of the appropriate weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein rate in accordance with Clause 10 for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus 20 per cent in lieu a casual loading of 25 percent. The loading constitutes part of the casual employee’s all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeespurpose rate.

Casual Employment. A casual Employee employee is to be one engaged and paid as such. A casual Employee employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour an hourly rate calculated on the basis of one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein in Appendix A of Part One of this Agreement for the work which he or she performs, being performed plus 20 a casual loading of 25 per cent in lieu cent. The loading constitutes part of the casual employee’s all leave provisions available to other categories of Employeespurpose rate.
