Common use of Casual Employment Clause in Contracts

Casual Employment. The Company may engage casual employees subject to the following: (i) Casual employees shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay for their classification in accordance with this agreement plus a 25% loading. This loading shall be compensation for ordinary hours, public holidays not worked, annual leave, sick leave, redundancy pay and all other rates or allowances associated with the employee's duties and to compensate for the nature of casual employment; (ii) A casual Employee required to work overtime or weekend work shall be entitled to the relevant overtime rates provided in this Agreement, provided that: (a) where the relevant overtime rate is time and a half, the casual Employee shall be paid 150 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) wage rates; and (b) where the relevant overtime rate is double time, the casual Employee shall be paid 200 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) wage rates; (iii) A casual employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day; (v) Casual employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month; (vi) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' pay; and (vii) Casual employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the Company.

(iv) 8.4.5 A casual employee Employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day;. (v) 8.4.6 Casual employees Employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month;. (vi) 8.4.7 Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' pay; and. (vii) 8.4.8 Casual employees Employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the Company.

This loading shall be compensation for ordinary hours, public holidays not worked, annual leave, sick leave, redundancy pay and all other rates or allowances associated with the employee's employees duties and to compensate for the nature of casual employment; (ii) A casual Employee required to work overtime or weekend work shall be entitled to the relevant overtime rates provided in this Agreement, provided that: (a) where the relevant overtime rate is time and a half, the casual Employee shall be paid 150 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B1(b) wage rates; and (b) where the relevant overtime rate is double time, the casual Employee shall be paid 200 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B1(b) wage rates; (iii) A casual employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day; (v) Casual employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month; (vi) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' pay; and (vii) Casual employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the Company.

Casual Employment. The Company may engage casual employees subject to the following: (i) Casual employees A casual employee shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay for their classification in accordance with this agreement a Level 1 inexperienced plus a 25% loadingloading of 7.5%. The loading is in lieu of public holidays not workedholidays, annual leave, sick leave, redundancy pay and redundancy/severance, all other rates or allowances associated with the employee's duties ’s work and to compensate for the nature of casual employment; (ii) A casual Employee required to work overtime or weekend work shall be entitled to the relevant overtime rates provided in this Agreement, provided that: (a) where the relevant overtime rate is time and a half, the casual Employee shall be paid 150 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) wage rates; and (b) where the relevant overtime rate is double time, the casual Employee shall be paid 200 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) wage rates; (iii) A casual employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day; (viii) Casual employees will be paid the loaded rate for up to eight hours work per day, 40 hour per week, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays; (iv) Casual employees shall be entitled Superannuation to the benefits of Work Outside Ordinary Hours, for which purpose the base rate of pay will not include the casual loading, and subject to their earning more than $450 in any month, Superannuation, but shall not be entitled to any redundancy payment; (viv) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' pay; and; (vi) A casual employee will be deemed to have had his/her employment terminated at the end of each day he/she is engaged and should have no expectation of continuing employment; (vii) Casual employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the CompanyEmployer.

(iii) A casual employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per dayfor each day that they are required to work; (v) Casual employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month; (vi) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' hour’s notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' hour’s pay; and (vii) Casual employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the Company.

Casual Employment. The Company company may engage casual employees subject to the following: (i) Casual employees shall be paid at the appropriate hourly rate of pay shown in Appendix I for their classification in accordance with this agreement Appendix II plus a 25% loading. This loading shall be compensation for ordinary hours, public holidays not worked, annual leave, sick leave, redundancy pay and all other rates or allowances associated with the employee's employees duties and to compensate for the nature of casual employment; (ii) A casual Employee required to work overtime or weekend work shall be entitled to the relevant overtime rates provided in this Agreement, provided that: (a) where the relevant overtime rate is time and a half, the casual Employee shall be paid 150 175 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) wage ratesI for full and part time employees; and (b) where the relevant overtime rate is double time, the casual Employee shall be paid 200 225 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) wage ratesI for full and part time employees; (iii) A casual employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day; (v) Casual employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month; (vi) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' pay; and (vii) Casual employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the Company.

(viii) Casual employees engaged for a consistent period of more than 12 weeks from their date of commencement shall be converted to a full time employee.

This loading shall be compensation for ordinary hours, public holidays not worked, annual leave, sick leave, redundancy pay and all other rates or allowances associated with the employee's employees duties and to compensate for the nature of casual employment; (ii) A casual Employee required to work overtime or weekend work shall be entitled to the relevant overtime rates provided in this Agreement, provided that: (a) where the relevant overtime rate is time and a half, the casual Employee shall be paid 150 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) A wage rates; and (b) where the relevant overtime rate is double time, the casual Employee shall be paid 200 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) A wage rates; (iii) A casual employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day; (v) Casual employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month; (vi) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an hours' pay; and (vii) Casual employees shall be required to have appropriate footwear on commencement with the Company.

Casual Employment. The Company may engage casual employees Employees subject to the following: (i) Casual employees Employees shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay for their classification in accordance with this agreement plus a 25% loading. This loading shall be compensation for ordinary hours, public holidays not worked, annual leave, sick leave, redundancy pay and all other rates or allowances associated with the employee's Employees duties and to compensate for the nature of casual employment; (ii) A casual Employee required to work overtime or weekend work shall be entitled to the relevant overtime rates provided in this Agreement, provided that: (a) where the relevant overtime rate is time and a half, the casual Employee shall be paid 150 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) 1, Part B wage rates; and (b) where the relevant overtime rate is double time, the casual Employee shall be paid 200 percent of the hourly rate prescribed in Appendix 1(B) 1, Part B wage rates; (iii) A casual employee Employee shall be paid the fares allowance as prescribed by this agreement; (iv) A casual employee Employee shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours work per day; (v) Casual employees Employees shall be entitled Superannuation subject to earning more than $450 in any month; (vi) Casual employment may be terminated by the giving of an one hours' notice on either side, or the payment or forfeiture of an one hours' pay; and (vii) Casual employees Employees shall be required to have appropriate safety footwear on commencement with the Company.
