Catalog Rights. The terms of this agreement assure transfer students with continuous enrollment that they may graduate under the requirements of the Catalog in effect during the year in which they declare their intention to transfer to Pacific Union College.
Catalog Rights. As a competency based university, WGU is committed to ensuring the most current and marketable competencies are delivered to our students. WGU is continually updating our programs and students are routinely migrated into the newest version. Only when such a migration would increase the number of competency units to be completed (thus extending the time to graduation and increasing costs to the student) are students removed from a planned migration. Those students, however, may choose to move into the most current version of their degree program.
Catalog Rights. If Central State University modifies the degree requirements or prerequisites, the student will be accommodated based on the date they began their coursework at Tri-C with equivalent coursework and not penalized in total units required for their Bachelor’s degree.

If Xavier University modifies the degree requirements or prerequisites after admission, a LCTC transfer student will be accommodated with equivalent coursework credit and not penalized in total units required for their Bachelor’s degree. Admitted LCTC transfer students will be required to follow the degree requirements as outlined in the catalog that was in effect at the time of application.

Catalog Rights. The students’ academic requirements for SNHU graduation are based on the Catalog year that is assigned initially to the student's first term of continuous enrollment in a community college.
