When the provision FAR 52.216-30,Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour Proposal Requirements--Non Commercial Item Acquisitions Without Adequate Price Competition is selected or; FAR 52.216-31, Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour Proposal Requirements--Commercial Item Acquisition is selected and there is an exception to fair opportunity, OASIS establishes maximum allowable labor rates in the form of fully burdened ceiling rates for all professional, non-ancillary, CONUS, T&M/L-H labor for both Government and Contractor Sites. Based on the specific task order requirements, the OCO is authorized to exceed the OASIS ceiling rates for those labor categories that include Secret/Top Secret/SCI labor and/or OCONUS locations, if necessary. The ceiling rates do not apply when the provision FAR 52.216-29 Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour Proposal Requirements— Non-Commercial Item Acquisition With Adequate Price Competition is selected or; FAR 52.216-29 with DFARs 252.216-7002, Alternate A, is selected or; FAR 52.216-31, Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour Proposal Requirements-Commercial Item Acquisition is selected and there is not an exception to fair opportunity. The fully burdened T&M ceiling rates awarded at initial contract award shall serve as the basis for all future year pricing for those ceiling rates. In order to determine future year ceiling rate pricing, the originally awarded rates will have an escalation factor applied. This escalation factor will be the average annual Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Economic Cost Index (ECI) for the previous three years. In Year 5 of OASIS, if the average annual ECI for the previous three years is higher than at time of OASIS award, the ceiling rates for Years 6 through 15 will be adjusted by the difference of percentage increase.   • RATES FOR NEW JOBS A. When a new job is placed in the unit and cannot be properly placed in an existing classification, the Employer will notify the Union prior to establishing a classification and rate structure. In the event the Union does not agree that the description and rate are proper, it shall be subject to negotiations during the next contract.

  • Hiring Rates The hiring rates of pay for new employees shall be at the minimum of the appropriate range as outlined in Appendix "A", except where there is agreement between the Employer and the Union to hire above the minimum.

  • Parking Rates A. For the term of this agreement, the parties agree that the State may increase parking rates in existing owned or leased lots, in urban congested areas, no more than $20 per month above the current rate, charged to employees in specific locations where they park. Congested urban areas are areas such as Sacramento, San Francisco Bay, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego areas. Every effort shall be made to provide employees sixty (60) days but no less than thirty (30) days notice of a parking rate increase. The State shall not increase rates for existing parking lots where employees do not currently pay parking fees. Rates at new lots administered or leased by the State will be set at a level comparable to rates charged for similar lots in the area of the new lot, e.g., rates for open lots shall be compared to rates for open lots, rates for covered parking shall be compared to rates for covered parking.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.

  • Alternate Rate of Interest If prior to the commencement of any Interest Period for a Eurodollar Borrowing:

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.
