In no event will any Services be performed until the required Certificate(s) of Insurance signed by an authorized agent or broker of the insurer(s) have been provided to and accepted by VEIC. All insurance will be written with financially responsible companies authorized to do business in the District of Columbia or in the jurisdiction where the work is to be performed and that have an A.M. Best Company rating of A-VIII or higher.

Certificates of Insurance Requirements. For all insurance required under this Schedule, Provider agrees to provide certificates of insurance in form and substance satisfactory to One Call signed by an authorized representative of the respective carriers to One Call prior to commencement of the Services. Renewal certificates shall be provided prior to each subsequent policy renewal date. Rules Regarding Access to Work. Provider shall not allow any subcontractor at any tier to commence work under its subcontract until such subcontractor presents to Provider evidence of insurance of the types and with the limits as specified herein or otherwise required of Provider. Further, each subcontractor shall likewise comply with the provisions of this Schedule.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Certificates of Insurance/Notices Vendor and Contractors shall provide a Certificate or Certificates of Insurance, in a form satisfactory to OGS as detailed below. Certificates shall reference the Solicitation or Contract Number. The Contractor shall not take any action, or omit to take any action that would suspend or invalidate any of the required coverages during the period of time such coverages are required to be in effect. Not less than ten (10) days’ after the expiration date or renewal date, the Contractor shall supply OGS updated evidence of coverage. Certificates of Insurance shall:  Be in the form acceptable to OGS (i.e. an Xxxxx form);  Disclose any deductible, self-insured retention, aggregate limit or exclusion to the policy that materially changes the coverage required by this solicitation or any Contract resulting from this solicitation;  Be accompanied by an Additional Insured and a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement as required herein;  Refer to this solicitation and any Contract resulting from this solicitation by number and any other attachments on the face of the certificate; and  Be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance carrier or producer. Only original documents (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements & other attachments) or electronic forms, which can be directly traced back to the insurance carrier, agent or broker via e- mail distribution or similar means, will be accepted.

  • Review of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall be entitled to review the requirements of this Clause 13 from time to time in order to take account of any changes in circumstances after the date of this Agreement which are, in the opinion of the Majority Lenders, significant and capable of affecting the Owners or the Ships and their insurance (including, without limitation, changes in the availability or the cost of insurance coverage or the risks to which the Owners may be subject), and may appoint insurance consultants in relation to this review at the cost of the Borrower.

  • Other Insurance Requirements (a) Thirty (30) days’ advance written notice shall be provided to the City of cancellation, intended non-renewal, or reduction in coverages, except for non-payment for which no less than ten (10) days’ notice shall be provided to City. Notices shall be sent to the City address set forth in Section 11.1 entitled “Notices to the Parties.” (b) Should any of the required insurance be provided under a claims- made form, Contractor shall maintain such coverage continuously throughout the term of this Agreement and, without lapse, for a period of three years beyond the expiration of this Agreement, to the effect that, should occurrences during the Agreement term give rise to claims made after expiration of the Agreement, such claims shall be covered by such claims-made policies. (c) Should any of the required insurance be provided under a form of coverage that includes a general annual aggregate limit or provides that claims investigation or legal defense costs be included in such general annual aggregate limit, such general annual aggregate limit shall be double the occurrence or claims limits specified above. (d) Should any required insurance lapse during the term of this Agreement, requests for payments originating after such lapse shall not be processed until the City receives satisfactory evidence of reinstated coverage as required by this Agreement, effective as of the lapse date. If insurance is not reinstated, the City may, at its sole option, terminate this Agreement effective on the date of such lapse of insurance. (e) Before commencing any Services, Contractor shall furnish to City certificates of insurance and additional insured policy endorsements with insurers with ratings comparable to A-, VIII or higher, that are authorized to do business in the State of California, and that are satisfactory to City, in form evidencing all coverages set forth above. Approval of the insurance by City shall not relieve or decrease Contractor’s liability hereunder. (f) If Contractor will use any subcontractor(s) to provide Services, Contractor shall require the subcontractor(s) to provide all necessary insurance and to name the City and County of San Francisco, its officers, agents and employees and the Contractor as additional insureds.

  • Requirements of Insurance All such insurance shall (i) provide that no cancellation, material reduction in amount or material change in coverage thereof shall be effective until at least 10 days (or, to the extent reasonably available, 30 days) after receipt by the Collateral Agent of written notice thereof (the Borrower shall deliver a copy of the policy (and to the extent any such policy is cancelled or renewed, a renewal or replacement policy) or other evidence thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or insurance certificate with respect thereto) and (ii) name the Collateral Agent as loss payee (in the case of property insurance) or additional insured on behalf of the Secured Parties (in the case of liability insurance) (it being understood that, absent an Event of Default, any proceeds of any such property insurance shall be delivered by the insurer(s) to the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries and applied in accordance with this Agreement), as applicable.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non‐renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing. Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that when Vendor or its subcontractors are liable for any damages or claims, Vendor’s policy, shall be primary over any other valid and collectible insurance carried by the Member or TIPS.

  • Modification of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall notify the Borrower of any proposed modification under Clause 13.18 to the requirements of this Clause 13 which the Majority Lenders consider appropriate in the circumstances, and such modification shall take effect on and from the date it is notified in writing to the Borrower as an amendment to this Clause 13 and shall bind the Borrower accordingly.

  • Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by State Procurement Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. The certificates must name the State of Montana as certificate holder and Contractor shall provide copies of additional insured endorsements required by Contractor’s commercial general liability and automobile liability policies. Contractor must notify State immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. State reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.
