Certification Authority. Only an individual with delegated authority to certify a Debt on behalf of the Creditor Agency will submit a Debt to Fiscal Service via an Add Record or Update Record. The Creditor Agency will provide a copy of this Certification Agreement to any such individual.
Certification Authority. The application and allocation procedure for SSL certificates is subject to the rules and procedures of the certificate authority issuing the SSL / TLS certificate. The relevant certificate authority decides on the granting of the SSL / TLS certificate and will carry out the necessary checks for this purpose. Betty Blocks only fulfils an intermediary role in the application procedure and does not guarantee that an application will be honored.

Certification Authority. The organization officially sanctioned to manage the day-to-day operations of the certification program in accordance with the policies defined in the Certification Policy document. The Open Group is the Certification Authority for the certification program.
Certification Authority. TCS represents and warrants that TCS shall perform the Services in such a manner so as to ensure that Nielsen, at all times during the Term, maintains or exceeds any requirements of any certification authority as applicable to Nielsen, or to the Services prior to the Transition.
Certification Authority. The organization that manages the day-to-day operations of the Open Trusted Technology Provider™ Standard (O-TTPS) Certification Program in accordance with the policies defined in the O-TTPS Certification Policy document. Authorized staff of The Open Group serve as the Certification Authority for the O-TTPS Certification Program.
Certification Authority. 3.1. ICBC authorizes the Facility to Certify Trainees who successfully complete the ITC Course offered by the Facility, as candidates for licensing by ICBC as a Class 5/7 Driver Training Instructor with a GLP Practical Designation.
3.2. ICBC may, in its sole discretion, waive the requirements for further training or examinations for Driver Training Instructors Certified by the Facility under paragraph 3.1.
3.3. Despite the foregoing, ICBC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require the following:
3.3.1. That a Trainee trained under this Agreement be required to take additional training as specified by ICBC in order to be licensed as a Driver Training Instructor;
3.3.2. That a Trainee trained under this Agreement be examined by an ICBC representative, as to that person’s fitness and ability to act as a Driver Training Instructor pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations;
3.3.3. That the Facility revise its Approved ITC Course, should ICBC change its requirements for course content and/or delivery method; and
3.3.4. That the Facility revises the content and conduct of its Assessments, should ICBC change its requirements for Assessment content and/or delivery method.
3.4. The parties recognize and acknowledge that Certification of a Trainee by the Facility and waiver of testing requirements by ICBC does not guarantee the issuance of a driver training instructor’s licence without compliance by the Trainee with the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations and any other requirements established by the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles or by ICBC.
Certification Authority. (CA) A CA is an entity which issues digital certificates identifying other parties.

3.2. ICBC may, in its sole discretion, waive the requirements for Air Brake Tests or Road Tests for Trainees Certified by the Facility under paragraph 3.1.
3.3. Despite the foregoing, ICBC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require the following:
3.3.1. that a Road Test be conducted by a Driver Examiner for any reason whatsoever, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, for the purpose of random testing to assess the abilities of Trainees Certified by the Facility and to monitor the Assessment standards of the Facility;
3.3.2. that an Air Brake Test be conducted by a Driver Examiner for any reason whatsoever, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, for the purpose of random testing to assess the abilities of Trainees Certified by the Facility and to monitor the Assessment standards of the Facility;
3.3.3. that the Facility revise its Training Program, should ICBC change its requirements for course content and/or delivery method;
3.3.4. that the Facility revise the content and conduct of its Assessments, should ICBC change its requirements for Assessment content and/or delivery method.
3.4. The parties recognize and acknowledge that the Certification of a Trainee by the Facility and waiver of testing requirements by ICBC does not guarantee the issuance of a driver’s licence or air brake endorsement without compliance by the Trainee with any medical or other requirements established by the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles.
Certification Authority. The organization that manages the day-to-day operations of the Program in accordance with the policies defined in the Accreditation Policy, including any third party acting on behalf of the Certification Authority. The Open Group is the Certification Authority for the Program. Those countries (if any) set out Appendix B (as amended from time to time in accordance with Sub- clause 2.2 below) in which the Licensee or Affiliate Licensee is not permitted to use the Trademarks. Includes a body of persons whether or not incorporated.
