Further Training. It may be necessary for Volunteers to undergo further training to improve their knowledge and/or skills or learn new ones appropriate to their duties. This will usually be ‘on the job’ training.
Further Training. Further training shall be given in subjects that are of particular importance to the working environment in the individual enterprise. The working environment committee shall assess the need for further training when this is necessary to ensure that the separate functions are attended to.
Further Training. 7.1 The Director is entitled to appropriate further training relative to his position, which is paid for by the Company. The Director plans his own further training and informs the board of directors’ chairman about this.

Further Training. The Licensee shall reimburse the MRA for annual expenses of up to DKK in connection with participation in courses and further training etc. of employees. Such further training shall be targeted at employees with a technical or scientific education or employees with an administrative, legal or financial background doing work related to mineral resources activities. The further training may consist of the following: Participation in courses, in-house as well as external. On-the-job training at London Mining Greenland A/S. On-the-job training shall be defined as full-time employment that includes the performance of tasks commensurate with the trainee's education and background and representative of mineral resource industry. If the expenses for further training are less than DKK in any one year, the unutilised funds are automatically transferred to the next year. The MRA shall forward a statement of the unutilised funds to the Licensee.
Further Training. Where possible, all workers from the rank of Qualified Firefighter shall be given the opportunity to attend appropriate promotional training courses. Any Qualified Firefighter seeking promotion to the rank of Senior Firefighter shall complete the career Senior Firefighter Programme. Any Senior Firefighter seeking promotion to the rank of Station Officer shall complete the career Station Officer Programme. Any Station Officer seeking promotion to the rank of Senior Station Officer shall complete the career Senior Station Officer Programme.
Further Training. The Licensee shall reimburse the Government of Greenland for annual expenses of up to DKK 500,000 in each year of the Licence Period, commencing in year 2017. The annual reimbursements shall be made for expenses in connection with participation in courses and further training etc. of employees. Such further training shall be targeted at employees with a technical or scientific education or employees with an administrative, legal or financial background doing work directly related to mineral resource activities. The Minister for Mineral Resources coordinates the determination of persons, government entities and training etc. which may be comprised by the reimbursement of costs and decides all matters in relation thereto. The further training may consist of the following: Participation in courses, in-house as well as external. On-the-job training at the Licensee's premises. On-the-job training shall be defined as full-time employment which includes the performance of tasks commensurate with the trainee's education and background and representative of the mineral resource industry. If the annual expenses for further training are less than DKK 500,000, the unutilised funds are automatically transferred to the next year. The Government of Greenland shall forward a statement of the unutilised funds to the Licensee.
Further Training. (1) the Representative, its employees and contractors must also participate in any further training as may be considered necessary by Aussie Pooch and the Licensor from time to time which unless otherwise agreed in writing must be conducted at the expense of the Representative who must pay:
(A) Aussie Pooch in advance the costs of the training; and
(B) its own costs and costs of its contractors and employees for travel, accommodation and meals in respect of such further training together with the employees' wages, contractors' fees and other relevant allowances and entitlements, and workers compensation or similar insurance;
(2) if Aussie Pooch or the Licensor considers in its absolute discretion that the Representative has supplied insufficient or inadequate training to the Representative's employees or contractors then Aussie Pooch or the Licensor may give notice to the Representative requiring the employees or contractors to attend at further training in accordance with this clause and the Representative must use its best endeavours to ensure that its employees or contractors attend at and complete the training to the complete satisfaction of Aussie Pooch and the Licensor;
Further Training. As SFDC upgrades the SFDC Service, applicable Partner sales representatives may be asked to participate in further training to become proficient in generating leads based on those additional services. Further Training. The employee shall be entitled and obliged to maintain his/her competences. The employee shall therefore have paid time off according to agreement with the employer in order to participate in relevant further and continuing courses. The employer shall pay the costs connected with the courses.
