REPORT TO CONGRESS When the FCC’s DIB has approved this Agreement, the FCC will submit copies of it to the appropriate Committees of Congress for review, as required by 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(2)(A)(i).
Condition to Contract As a condition to this Agreement, Contractor shall execute the “Chapter 12B Declaration: Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits” form (form HRC-12B-101) with supporting documentation and secure the approval of the form by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.
AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
Certification and Licensure If the Appointing Authority decides to implement a new licensure and/or certification requirement, the Appointing Authority shall, upon request of the Union, meet and confer on the subject of reimbursement of necessary expenses involved in obtaining the licensure or certification for current employees in the job classification.
CERTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT In accordance with Division 4 of Part VIB of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Commission hereby certifies the attached written agreement in this matter. This agreement shall come into force from the date of certification, being 6 May 2003, shall operate in accordance with its terms and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005. Notification to the Union The Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the Employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.
ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable
Notification to Employees The Employer will inform new, transferred, promoted, or demoted employees in writing prior to appointment into positions included in the bargaining unit(s) of the Union’s exclusive representation status. Upon appointment to a bargaining unit position, the Employer will furnish the employees with membership materials provided by the Union. The Employer will inform employees in writing if they are subsequently appointed to a position that is not in a bargaining unit.
Notification to Employer The Union shall notify the Employer of the names of the Employees, including the department wherein the Employee is employed, who are members of the Board of Directors, the Union Executive and Council Committees.
