Certified Software Employee. Customer agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts at all times during the term of this Section 5 to maintain on its staff at least one (1) Certified Software Employee.
Certified Software Employee. “Certified Software Employee” means an employee of Customer that meets the applicable certification or qualification requirements set forth on Attachment B to this Agreement under the caption “Certified Software Employee Requirements”.
