CHANGE IN CATEGORY BEFORE DECEMBER. 31 For any qualifications obtained from September 01 to December 31, placement in a higher category shall be made effective January 01 of the current school year provided confirming documentation is submitted to the Board on or before July 31 of the current school year. If the necessary documents are submitted after July 31 of the school year in which they were obtained, the adjustment will be effective Septem ber 01 of the year in which they are received. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if through no fault of the Occasional Teacher, confirming documents are delayed beyond July 31, the appropriate adjustment will be made effective January 01 of the current school year.

Confirming documents indicating the change in category must be submitted to the Human Resources on or before June 30 of the current school year. If the necessary documents are submitted after June 30, the adjustment will be effective September 01 of the subsequent school year. If the Teacher made application to QECO in a timely fashion and through no fault of the Teacher, confirming documents are delayed beyond December 31 or June 30, the appropriate adjustment will be made in accordance with L7.03 (a) or L7.03 (b) above. Confirming documents shall include the appropriate QECO Statement of Evaluation and indication of courses that were completed during the designated period.

  • Effective December 17, 2020, all provisions of this collective agreement shall be read to be gender neutral.

  • Change in Scope For substantial modifications in authorized Project scope, and/or substantial modifications of drawings and/or specifications previously accepted by City, when requested by City and through no fault of Consulting Engineer/Architect, the Consulting Engineer/Architect shall be compensated for time and expense required to incorporate such modifications at Consulting Engineer/Architect's standard hourly rates per Exhibit B; provided, however, that any increase in contract price or contract time must be approved through a written change order. Consulting Engineer/Architect shall correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its designs, drawings or specifications without additional compensation when due to Consulting Engineer/Architect's negligence or other actionable fault.

  • Effective Date; Termination Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions:

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.

  • Change in Services If Customer wishes to change the scope of the Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to Company in writing.   • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Budget Categories Use the first column only (Column 1) to report the budget category breakouts (Lines 6a through 6h) and indirect charges (Line 6j) for the total funding requested for the first year of your project only.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
