Common use of Change in Insurance Plans Clause in Contracts

Change in Insurance Plans. The Town may change the insurance carrier and/or offer alternative plans in place of the then current plan, provided the alternative plan’s benefit structure and provider network are substantially equivalent to the then current plan.
