Common use of Change of Carriers Clause in Contracts

Change of Carriers. It is understood that the Employer may at any time substitute another carrier for any plan, provided the benefits remain the same. Before making such a substitution, the Employer shall notify the Union to explain the proposed change and to ascertain the views of the employees.
