Common use of Change of Carriers Clause in Contracts

Change of Carriers. Nothing provided herein shall be construed or applied to discontinue or curtail the Town’s inherent right to change insurance carriers or to self-insure in whole or in part, at any time, provided the coverage described in this Agreement continues to be made available at a level that is substantially equivalent to the level of covered services available under the Plans in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement.
