Change of Dates. If there is a change of dates within 28 days of departure the Partner may incur additional costs if they want to keep the same type of services published on the PLUS website. By changing dates some services may be lost due to preplanning. PLUS will inform the Partner on the extra costs if applicable.

Change of Dates. 14.1. In the event an Agreed Repayment Date on which a certain payment is to be repaid on account of the Credit Amounts occurs on a day which is not a Business Day (hereinafter, the "Original Charge Date"), repayment of the payment on account of the Credit Amounts shall be deferred to the first Business Day after the Original Charge Date (hereinafter, the "Deferred Charge Date") (hereinafter, "Deadline Deferral"). 14.2. In the event a Deadline Deferral occurs, as set forth in Section 14.1 above, the entire amount whose charge has been deferred, as aforementioned, shall bear the interest at the Interest rate, including for the period in which the charge was deferred, as aforementioned, all subject to any Law. 14.3. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the date of compounding the Interest to the Credit principal shall not be deferred or accelerated, including in the event such date falls on a day which is not a Business Day.

Change of Dates. 11.1 Should any agreed payment date at which any payment is supposed to be made on account of the Credit Amounts for the Credit Facilities (save for the date for which the Current Account is supposed to be charged for interest on overdraft balances in the Current Account and/or the date for the collecting of the commission for the allocation of the Credit) and/or the Termination Date of the Validity of the Credit Facility and/or the Termination Date of the Validity of the Additional Period - fall on a day which is not a business day (hereinafter: the "Original Date"), the Original Date will be postponed to the following business day (hereinafter: the "Postponed Date") (hereinafter: the "Postponement of the Dates"), unless the law requires otherwise (hereinafter: the "Date Change in Accordance with Law"). 11.2 Where the Postponement of Dates has been carried out as stated in Section 11.1 above, every amount for which the said charge has been postponed will bear interest on the overdraft balances in the Current Account, and this will also be for the period during which the said execution of the charge was postponed, and all in accordance with law. 11.3 Where a change of date has been carried out in accordance with law, the Interest shall be calculated, in accordance with law, for all the amount for which the change of date was carried out in accordance with law, as stated. 11.4 Notwithstanding that stated in Section 11.1 above, should the Termination Date of the Validity of the Credit Facilities and/or the Termination Date of the Validity of the Additional Periods, as the case may be, fall on a day which is not a business day and the postponed date occurs in the following month after the Original Date, the Termination Date of the Validity of the Credit Facility and/or the Termination Date of the Validity of the Additional Period, as the case may be, will be brought forward, as stated, to the first business day before the Original Date.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Change of Scope (i) The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the Contractor to make modifications/ alterations to the Works (“Change of Scope”) within a period of six months counted from the Appointed Date. Upon the Authority making its intention known to the Contractor for the specific Change of Scope, be it positive or negative, the Contractor shall submit his proposal for the said Change of Scope involving additional cost or reduction in cost. Any such Change of Scope shall be made and valued in accordance with the provisions of this Article 13. (iii) The Change of Scope shall mean the following: (a) change in specifications of any item of Works; (b) omission of any work from the Scope of the Project except under Clause 8.3 (iii); provided that, subject to Clause 13.5, the Authority shall not omit any Work under this Clause in order to get it executed by any other authority; and / or (c) any additional Work, Plant, Materials or services which are not included in the Scope of the Project, including any associated Tests on completion of construction.

  • CHANGE OF TERMS The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to future change by OWNER after the expiration of the agreed lease period upon 30-day written notice setting forth such change and delivered to RESIDENT. Any changes are subject to laws in existence at the time of the Notice of Change Of Terms.

The Company will comply with the requirements of Rule 14e-1 under the Exchange Act, and any other securities laws and regulations thereunder to the extent those laws and regulations are applicable in connection with the repurchase of the Debentures as a result of a Change of Control Repurchase Event. To the extent that the provisions of any securities laws or regulations conflict with the Change of Control Repurchase Event provisions of the Debentures, the Company will comply with the applicable securities laws and regulations and will not be deemed to have breached its obligations under the Change of Control Repurchase Event provisions of the Debentures by virtue of such conflict.
