Change of date. 4.1. A change of date will be treated as a cancellation of your original Booking subject to clause 5 of these terms and conditions and the creation of a new Booking subject to the terms and conditions prevailing at that time.
4.2. It is your responsibility to notify your Suppliers of any changes to your event or dates.
Change of date a. Changes to the wedding date may be made by only the bride, groom, or Authorized Event Contact Person.
b. Changes to the wedding date may be discussed with the Drury Event Coordinator by phone, but must be confirmed with the Drury Event Coordinator by the bride, groom, or Authorized Event Contact Person via email or certified U.S. Mail.
c. Change of Date Fees: • 12+ months before the wedding: $25 flat fee • 9-11 months before the wedding: $50 flat fee • 6-8 months before the wedding: $100 flat fee • 0-5 months before the wedding: Required cancellation, rebooking at full price (see cancellation policy above)
Change of date. The Couple may change their date at any time and not be subject to any additional fees. If the Couple does change the date, GPBE does not guarantee that a representative will be available on the new date.
Change of date. The Client shall be entitled to demand a temporary suspension and/or a temporary acceleration of individual services or of the overall performance within the framework of the overall schedule in the interest of overall scheduling, provided that this is reasonable for the Contractor. Should this measure have an effect on costs (for example due to longer storage times at the Contractor's end) of more than 10% of the total net order amount, the Contractor shall be entitled to adjust the price on the basis of the calculation of the main order. The Contractor shall disclose the calculation at the Cli- ent's request.
Change of date. Surf Spirit will do their best to change the date of a booking if this is a request from the participant for an administrational fee of 25 Euro. A change of date can be made up to 60 days before arrival. A change of date beginning on the 59th day before arrival counts as a cancellation under the same conditions as outlined above and means a simultaneous re-registration. An extended period of stay or the booking of additional services are, as long as they increase the travel price, for free. All that is charged are the surcharges. Precondition of every rebooking is the availability of capacity.
Change of date. If subsequent to this Agreement, the Client changes the date of the service, The Provider will make best efforts to accommodate the Client and provide services on the changed date. If the Provider is not available on the new event date, the Provider shall be entitled to keep the initial non-refundable retainer, or 25% of the total Service Fee and neither party shall have any further liability or obligation under this Agreement. If Client reschedules the event, and the new date is in the following calendar year, any new pricing in effect at that time shall apply and will be included.
Change of date. 7.1 If You need to change the Date, agreement to do this will be at Our sole discretion.
7.2 In order to request a transfer of date You must contact Us by recorded delivery, email or telephone to obtain a transfer of date form. The transfer of date form must be completed, signed and returned by You to Us. No transfer of date can be considered until We have received the completed transfer of date form. All transfers of dates are subject to availability.
7.3 On confirmation by Us to You by email that Your transfer of date form has been received, We will hold the new Date for You for up to 24 hours. It is Your responsibility to ensure that We have received Your request. • Transfer request more than 12 calendar months before the date of the Event: Venue hire payments already made will be transferred to the new date • Transfer request 9 to 12 calendar months before the date of the Event: 25% of the venue hire fee will be retained and 25% will be transferred to the new date • Transfer request less than 9 calendar months before the date of the Event: 50% of the venue hire fee will be retained. Transfer of the event date will be classed as a new booking
7.4 Only one Transfer of Event Date is permitted
7.5 All requests for a transfer of Event date must be notified in writing to our Office and are subject to availability. It is essential to state the original confirmed event date you wish to release and the new event date you wish to book.
7.6 The request to transfer the event date will only be accepted on the day that We confirm receipt of the notification and agree to transfer the event date. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that We have received notification in writing.
7.7 The notice period will be calculated on the day the notification is received and a portion of the deposit already paid may be retained as stated above.
7.8 Upon receipt of the notification and subject to availability We will cancel the original event date and book the new event date.
7.9 We will send you a new Booking Form for the new event date which needs to be completed and returned within 10 days along with additional deposit, fees or charges which may be due.
7.10 If the new event date is a lower price the difference between the original location fee and the new location fee will be deducted from the balance invoice.
7.11 The balance of the location fee is due 2 months before the new event date.

Change of date. There will be a $50.00 administrative fee charged for any change of date after booking.
Change of date. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, your deposit is nonrefundable. However, if we receive notification within 14 working days prior to the date you have booked to hire the equipment then your deposit may be used for hire on another available date (please note that the booking can only be transferred by and for the same customer). Due to extreme weather conditions hire may be cancelled by either party until delivery, a refund of the package price (if paid in advance) will be given in full if notified by Silly Sloths Ltd or 50% if notified by the Hirer.
Change of date. Renter must notify the Company of any request to change the date of the Rental thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the Event Date. A change of date will result in a completely new transaction and a cancellation of the old Event Date. Renter acknowledges that the requested Products may not be available for rental on the new requested Event Date. Company will not give any refunds or approve date change requests made by Renter (30) day or less prior to Xxxxxx’s Event Date.
