Change of particulars. The business member must:-
(a) promptly notify us in writing of:-
(i) any change or proposed change in the organisation of the business member; and
(ii) the death of the business member (if it is a sole proprietor) or of a partner of the business member (if it is a partnership firm); and
(iii) any change or proposed change in its rules of constitution or analogous constitutional documents (if the business member is an unincorporated association); and
(iv) any change or proposed change in its memorandum or articles of association or analogous constitutional documents and/or any change or proposed change in its paid-up share capital or the identity of any of its shareholders or board of directors (if the business member is a company); and
(v) the commencement of bankruptcy, winding up or judicial management proceedings against the business member or the passing of a resolution for winding up of business member, or the appointment of a receiver or receiver and manager over any of the assets of the business member, or the cessation of business of the business member or the business member entering into a scheme of arrangement or other similar proceedings under the Companies Act, Cap. 50; and
(b) notify us of particulars of the business member’s representatives authorised to communicate with us from time to time in relation to any matter concerning the card account ( without prejudice to our right in our absolute discretion to liaise with any other person representing or purporting to represent the business member from time to time).
Change of particulars. The business member must:-
(a) Upon our request, provide us with any information, particulars and/ or documents relating to the business member, the cardmember, and where applicable, the business member’s directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, officers, representatives, signatories and/or partners, within the time period specified in such request.
(b) promptly notify us in writing of:-
(i) any change or proposed change in the organisation of the business member; and
(ii) the death of the business member (if it is a sole proprietor) or of a partner of the business member (if it is a partnership firm); and
(iii) any change or proposed change in its rules of constitution or analogous constitutional documents (if the business member is an unincorporated association); and
(iv) any change or proposed change in its memorandum or articles of association or analogous constitutional documents and/or any change or proposed change in its paid-up share capital or the identity of any of its shareholders or board of directors (if the business member is a company); and
(v) the commencement of bankruptcy, winding up or judicial management proceedings against the business member or the passing of a resolution for winding up of business member, or the appointment of a receiver or receiver and manager over any of the assets of the business member, or the cessation of business of the business member or the business member entering into a scheme of arrangement or other similar proceedings under the Companies Act, Cap. 50; and
(vi) the death, resignation or withdrawal (for whatever reason) of any partner of the business member or any change in particulars of the business member or its manager (if it is a limited liability partnership)
(c) notify us of particulars of the business member’s representatives authorised to communicate with us from time to time in relation to any matter concerning the card account (without prejudice to our right in our absolute discretion to liaise with any other person representing or purporting to represent the business member from time to time).
Change of particulars. You shall notify us in writing (or, in such other mode(s) and/or methods agreed by us from time to time) of any change in your particulars.

The Customer agrees and undertakes to notify IFHK immediately of any change in the particulars of the Customer, or any information relating to any Account or to this Agreement, supplied to IFHK or to update the changes online. IFHK shall at all times be entitled to rely on the records in the Application Form last submitted by the Customer unless any change in the particulars therein have been notified to IFHK or updated online by the Customer. IFHK is not obliged to verify any particulars furnished or updated online by the Customer and IFHK shall not be liable or responsible for any Loss suffered or incurred by the Customer or any other Person by reason of any error or omission in the completion of the Application Form or in the furnishing or online updating of the particulars by the Customer.

Change of particulars. 24.1. The Client agrees to notify SRDFS in writing immediately should there be any change in the particulars given in connection with these Conditions entered into between the Client and SRDFS. Until notification of such change is received by SRDFS, the Client shall release SRDFS of any responsibility or liability resulting from SRDFS's acting on the basis of the original particulars.

The Customer agrees and undertakes to notify the Company in writing immediately of any change in the particulars of the Customer, or any information relating to any Account or to these terms and conditions, supplied to the Company. The Company shall at all times be entitled to rely on the records in the Application Form last submitted by the Customer unless any change in the particulars therein have been notified to the Company in writing. The Company is not obliged to verify any particulars furnished by the Customer and the Company shall not be liable or responsible for any loss suffered or incurred by the Customer or any other Person by reason of any error or omission in the completion of the Application Form or in the furnishing of the particulars by the Customer.
Change of particulars. 14.1 The Customer agrees and undertakes to notify IFS immediately of any change in the particulars of the Customer, or any information relating to any Account or to this Agreement, supplied to IFS or to update the changes under which is it reasonably practicable to do so. IFS shall at all times be entitled to rely on the records in the Account Application Form and other relevant forms of documents last submitted by the Customer unless any change in the particulars have been notified to IFS by the Customer.
14.2 IFS is not obliged to verify any particulars furnished by the Customer and IFS shall not be liable or responsible for any Loss suffered or incurred by the Customer or any other Person by reason of any error or omission in the completion of the Account Application Form or in the furnishing of the particulars by the Customer.
Change of particulars. The Borrower shall notify the Bank immediately upon any change of particulars of the Borrower or his authorized representatives as required by the Bank from time to time, such as, names, occupations, addresses, identification documents, telephone, facsimile or other contact numbers.
