Change of Premises. The Licensee may make an application to the Manager in the appropriate form to change the Premises allocated approval of which is at the Manager’s discretion. A change of Premises fee (“Change of Premises Fee”) as set out in the Letter of Offer will be charged if the application is approved, but may be waived under exceptional circumstances by the Manager.
Change of Premises. Subject to clause C4.1, you must inform us in writing, within 10 Business Days after changing your Premises, of the new address and location of your Premises.

In the event that Customer decides to move and/or relocate to a different location and/or premises, WDW shall, provided the new location is in an area, where WDW operates a WDW Network and subject to the provisions of this agreement move the Customer’s Fibre Line and CPE to the new premises and/or location in which case the Installation Fees will be payable.

If the customer decides to move and/or relocate to a different location and/or premises, the last mile provider shall, provided the new location is in an area, where the last mile provider operates and subject to the provisions of this agreement move the Customer’s Fibre Line and CPE to the new premises and/or location in which case the Installation Fees will be payable.
Change of Premises. 15.1. If the Customer decides to move and/or relocate to a different location and/or premises where Revolution’Air operates, the Customer will only be charged the installation cost.

In the event that Customer decides to move and/or relocate to a different location and/or premises, Provider shall, provided the new location is in an area, where Provider operates a SOLID FIBRE Network and subject to the provisions of this Agreement move the product and/or service described in the OF and Equipment to the new premises and/or location in which case a new installation fee will be payable.
Change of Premises. Effective September 1, 1998, the Premises shall be changed to Suite 515 consisting of 3,293 rentable square feet as shown on the attached First Amendment Exhibit A which shall replace Exhibit A to the Lease. Tenant shall vacate Suite 707 on or before September 10, 1998.

Change of Premises. If Customer ceases to receive service at the Premises and begins taking service at another location in Xcel Energy’s Minnesota service area, then Xcel Energy will automatically transfer Customer’s Renewable*Connect subscription to the new service location.
Change of Premises. If the space described herein contains less than 2,500 square feet, Landlord reserves the right to remove Tenant to other similarly improved space in said Building (and such new space shall be deemed the Premises for all purposes hereunder) on sixty (60) days notice, Tenant to have the option within ten (10) days from the date of such notice to agree with Landlord upon new space. In case Landlord and Tenant do not agree within ten (10) days upon the terms of removal, then the Lease shall become null and void and of no further effect, after sixty (60) days from the date of above notice. Landlord agrees to pay expenses not exceeding the amount of one (1) months base rental for moving Tenant to the new space agreed upon, subject to adjustment by Tenant a authentication of Tenant's actual relocation expenses.
