CHANGE OF ROOMMATES. In the event any Roommate vacates the apartment during the term of the lease, he or she will continue to pay an equal share of all amounts due, until a replacement roommate is found and approved by the Landlord and the other Roommates. It is the understood that a replacement roommate will not relieve the roommate who is leaving from any of the obligations of the lease agreement. In the event any Roommate vacates the apartment during the term of the lease, he or she will give a forwarding address to the Landlord, and will settle the security deposit with those remaining in the apartment so that he or she has no further interest in the deposit. The Roommates hereby authorize the Landlord to make settlement of the security deposit only with those Roommates remaining at the termination of the lease. All replacement Roommates must be approved by the Landlord and the other Roommates before moving into the apartment, and must co-sign the lease agreement, and this roommate agreement. FAILURE TO PAY In the event any Roommate fails to pay his or her equal share under this agreement, the remaining Roommates agree to promptly pay the unpaid amount in full to the Landlord. Any Roommate who is required to pay more than an equal share due to the failure of another Roommate, may then bring legal action against the Roommate who failed to pay, and may recover the amount paid in excess of an equal share, plus court costs and reasonable attorney fees. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS It is also agreed as follows: The Roommates, by signing below, affirm that they have read, and understand this agreement fully, and intend to be legally bound by all of its terms. CHANGE OF ROOMMATES. If there is a change of roommates on this lease agreement, there will be a Roommate Adjustment Fee of $25.00 per roommate. Any new roommates must complete a Rental Application form and the income requirements for rental must still be met. Unless Landlord agrees otherwise in writing, any departing Tenant’s interest in the security deposit will automatically transfer to the replacement or remaining Tenant(s). The departing Tenant will not be released from liability for the remaining term of this Rental Agreement unless Landlord agrees in writing. If the departing Tenant is not released, such Tenant’s liability for future rents will be reduced by the amount of rent actually received from any replacements or remaining Tenants.
CHANGE OF ROOMMATES. If there is an approved change of roommates on this lease agreement there will be a charge of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), per roommate, payable at the time of approval. All remaining Residents and Co-Signers must agree to the new tenant. Original Security Deposit will remain with High Desert Realty, new Resident and exiting Resident must work out deposit between themselves. Exiting Resident will forfeit all rights of deposit. All fees must be paid in full to Landlord upon notice being given. Landlord will not approve any lease assignment without first receiving release fee or assignment fee and the agreement of all remaining Residents and Co-signers.

  • Change of Shift When an employee's regularly scheduled shift is changed to another shift in that day, he/she shall be given prior notice as follows:

  • Roommates The Resident may be notified prior to move-in the name and contact information of their roommate (and vice-versa). The Manager’s first priority is to try to mediate any dispute between roommates. If a roommate change is required roommates may be moved to different Rooms (subject to availability within the Residence and to the Manager discretion), unless another Agreement can be reached amongst all parties involved.

  • Exchange of Shifts Employees may exchange shifts with the approval of the Employer, provided that, whenever possible, sufficient advance notice in writing is given and provided that there is no increase in cost to the Employer.

  • Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP. If before such change Provider has informed SAP of such potential change of control without undue delay, the Parties agree to discuss solutions on how to mitigate such termination impact on Customer, such as stepping into the Customer contract by SAP or by any other Affiliate of Provider or any other form of transition to a third party provider.

  • Change of Classification When the classification of a position is changed, the incumbent who occupies the position whose classification has been changed shall be assigned to that position unless some other employee has vested rights to such position by reason of layoff. The changing of classification of a position remains as an exclusive management prerogative and all classification changes shall be initiated solely by management.
