Change Order Number. This Change Order (the ·change Order") is made effective by and between WILCO and SF and is issued and govemed by that certain Master Service s Agreement (the •Agreement") dated between the Parties. Unless otherwise defined in this Change Order, capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Agreement are fully incorporated into the Wonc Order, and all such terms and conditions are binding on the Parties. XXXXX agrees to pay for all changes in the Service performed by SF under this Change Order according to the terms of the Agreement. The amount paid by XXXXX shall be full compensation for all work requested and for effects of this change in the Work The change, if any, in the Contract Price Amount shall be computed according to one of the following methods:

  • Change Order (5) The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Term SOFR Conforming Changes In connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the effectiveness of any Conforming Changes in connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR.
