Changes in Employee Contact Information. Each employee is required to notify the Employer and the Union as to changes of their mailing address, home phone number, etc. In the event of layoff, any employee who fails to comply with the provisions of this Section shall forfeit her/his recall rights. Notice of recall from layoff shall be sent by certified letter to the employee’s last known mailing address.
