Changes to Guidelines. Licensee shall be afforded three (3) months subsequent to any changes to the OCP Trademark Usage Guidelines or the Licensed Certification Xxxx to implement any new requirements of the OCP Trademark Usage Guidelines or changes to the Licensed Certification Xxxx or to discontinue use of the Licensed Certification Xxxx without affecting the validity of this Certification Xxxx License Agreement, including the OCP Trademark Usage Guidelines, or the rights granted hereunder. For a period of one (1) year from the date of the change to the OCP Trademark Usage Guidelines or the Licensed Certification Xxxx, Licensee shall have the right to distribute remaining inventory of physical materials (but not to create or obtain any new physical or other materials) bearing the Licensed Certification Xxxx in the normal course of business where such materials have become noncompliant only as a direct result of such change to the OCP Trademark Usage Guidelines or the Licensed Certification Xxxx. Distribution of remaining physical materials pursuant to this section does not permit distribution of the such materials other than in the normal course of business.

Changes to Guidelines. 12.1 SBC reserves the right to change and update these Guidelines for Access to SBC Structure. 12.2 The SBC Primary Point of Contact shall provide notice of any change in the Guidelines to all Attaching Parties and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. No change shall be effective until the date specified in the notice of change, which shall be at least sixty (60) days from the date of the notice.
