Licensed Solution means the Software for which Customer has purchased a Licence as identified in an Order, including updates or upgrades to it that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

Examples of Licensed Solution in a sentence

  • Availability of and access to Product Releases shall not be construed to entitle Customer to new options or features that are sold separately and that are not direct additions to the Licensed Solution to which Customer’s Support Services are associated.

  • Product Releases may update or modify portions of the Software not included as part of Customer’s Licensed Solution.

  • If Customer has purchased a Licensed Solution, subject to this Agreement, AvePoint grants to Customer, and Customer agrees to pay for, a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Solution.

Licensed Solution means Shared Studiosʼ proprietary software as described on the Order Form and hosted and provided by Shared Studios as a software-as-a-service, as well as any of Shared Studiosʼ proprietary software embedded on Rental Equipment (including firmware). The Licensed Solution is provided in connection with Customerʼs use of Portals, Containers, Inflatables and/or Rooms. The “Licensed Solution” includes any Web Apps to which Shared Studios provides Customer End User access.

Related to Licensed Solution

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensed Service means performance of a service for any consideration using a Licensed Product, or the practice of a Licensed Process. For clarity, research and development of Licensed Products by Licensee, its Affiliates, or a Sublicensee does not constitute a Licensed Service.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.
