Changes to Key Personnel. The City may from time to time request reasonable changes to the key personnel of the Contractor engaged in performing the Supply, and the Contractor shall comply with any such request. The Contractor shall not change any of such key personnel without the prior written approval of the City, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.

Changes to Key Personnel. Any changes to the number of or the individual Contractor Personnel must be submitted to Company in writing for approval. To facilitate the initial approval and the approval of the substitution of any Key Personnel, Contractor must provide Company with an outline of the roles and responsibilities, the curriculum vitae and the details of the training provided to the proposed substitute Key Personnel.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
