Personnel of the Contractor. A. The Contractor shall assign a sufficient number of persons to be in charge of the operations within the service area and shall give the name(s) of the person(s) and contact phone numbers to the Contract Administrator.

Personnel of the Contractor. Contractor shall replace any of its personnel or subcontractors whose work product is deemed unsatisfactory by the Director.
Personnel of the Contractor. All employees whom the Contractor proposes to engage to perform the work should not have adverse health conditions to fulfill their duties in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Before starting work under the Agreement, the personnel of the Contractor, including the subcontractor, should undergo an induction briefing on occupation health, familiarization with the internal procedures of the Customer regarding the occupation health and industrial safety, as well as environmental aspects of activities of the Contractor on the territory of the LafargeHolcim Russia Group as the Customer. Induction briefing is performed only upon submission of documents in accordance with the list in Clause 2.1.2. After the briefings, the representative of the Customer signs the application of the Contractor, on basis of which the employee of Security Service of the Customer issues a pass card of the established form. While on the territory of the Customer, the workers of the Contractor should have a graphic sign of their company on a protective helmet or in a visible area of clothing, and also have a pass card issued by an authorized representative of the LafargeHolcim Russia Group. The scope of training required for the workers of the Contractor depends on the type of work performed and is established by the Customer. If necessary, the Customer may perform additional briefings with the workers of the Contractor regarding the compliance with internal documentation on the prevention of accidents and emergency situations that are in force on the territory of the Customer. If the Customer reveals insufficient competence, professional knowledge, and skills of employees of the Contractor, then the Customer has the right to require the Contractor to perform an extraordinary knowledge testing or replace the employee. Contractor shall ensure that all personnel of the Contractor and its subcontractors engaged in the performance of the work, maintain their workplaces in the proper order and as clean as possible under the given conditions in order to reduce the risk of personal injury, property damage and delays in the performance of the work. Unless other conditions are stipulated by the Agreement, the Contractor shall independently arrange sanitary conditions for its workers (amenity premises, toilets, meals). Personnel of the Contractor. Contractor shall replace any personnel assigned to provide services under this Agreement who are deemed unsuitable by the Director. Any personnel providing services under this Agreement must attend all required training, educational or other assessments by the City as deemed appropriate by the Director.
Personnel of the Contractor. Contractor may, but is not required to, negotiate to subcontract with or for the services of the persons approved in writing by the Director to provide services related to representation of the City before the Texas Legislature and State agencies as described above and in Exhibit “A”. The Contractor may subcontract with additional persons, subject to the Director’s prior written approval of each new individual and shall add additional subcontractors at the Director’s request. The Contractor may terminate its subcontract with any approved subcontractor on 24 hours’ written notice to the subcontractor, but only for cause, including, but not limited to, failure to complete work assignments in a timely professional manner, failure to return phone calls and failure to attend meetings. In addition, the Director may direct, in writing or otherwise, the Contractor to terminate its subcontract with any of Contractor’s subcontractors on 24 hours’ written notice to the subcontractor.
Personnel of the Contractor. The CONTRACTOR shall be liable for and shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY GROUP from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of every kind and nature, with respect to injury or death or damage to or loss of property of any person employed by the CONTRACTOR and/or the SUB-CONTRACTOR, howsoever arising.
Personnel of the Contractor. The Contractor shall engage at his sole expense all engineers, and other experts required for the proper performance of the Agreement. The Contractor shall be responsible for their performance including the maintenance of schedules, correlation of their work, and resolution of all differences between them. The Contractor shall pay them monies commensurate with the professional services they render. It is understood that all such personnel shall be engaged by the Contractor, not the City, and that Contractor alone is responsible for their work.

Personnel of the Contractor. Upon notice from the Director that the City considers the services performed by a Contractor employee or subcontractor to be inadequate, Contractor shall give due consideration to removing such employee or subcontractor from performing services under this Agreement.
Personnel of the Contractor. Only authorized employees of the contractor, approved by the Town, shall be on the premises (see Section XVIII). No employee shall disturb any papers or any items on desks or within cubicle or office areas, open drawers, cabinets, boxes or otherwise access anything unrelated to the required custodial and cleaning services. No machines, equipment or devices of any type shall be utilized or touched. No telephones shall be used except for an emergency situation. Employees shall not listen to or play music, watch television or video while performing their duties. Cellular telephone use shall be kept to a strict minimum and only conducted so as not to disturb the employees and patrons of the Town. The contractor’s employees will not allow access to the facilities by unauthorized persons. At all times during the duration of the Agreement, the contractor agrees that the employees and subcontractors of the contractor are independent contractors and not employees of the Town
