Characteristics of Service. The Delivery Service specified and furnished by the Cooperative shall consist of sixty (60) hertz, single phase or three phase alternating current at one standard primary or secondary voltage. The type of service (number of phases and voltages) available varies with location and load. Voltage delivered to the Customers’ facilities normally will be maintained within the limits prescribed by the Cooperative, except under emergency conditions and/or conditions beyond the reasonable control of the Cooperative.

Characteristics of Service. Electric service to be supplied by Big Rivers to Kenergy under this Agreement for delivery to Century under the Electric Service Agreement shall be nominally three-phase, sixty-cycle at volts or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties and Century. The Parties and Century will mutually agree on limits of the regulation of voltage but at no time may such regulation of such limits be inconsistent with standards required by applicable Govemmental Authorities or any other organizations that establish applicable reliability and electric operation standards.
Characteristics of Service. (a) The Seller will, at all times, operate and maintain its System in an efficient manner and will take such action as may be necessary to furnish the Purchaser with Water in such quantity and quality as is specified herein. Temporary or partial failure to deliver Water shall be remedied with all possible dispatch. In the event of an extended shortage of Water, or if the supply of Water available to the Seller is otherwise diminished over an extended period of time, the supply of Water to Purchaser shall be reduced or diminished in the same ratio or proportion as the supply to all Participating Members or other purchasers of Water from the Seller is reduced or diminished to the extent possible.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
